I received a mandatory Army officer training in university. Either that or you go for one year in the Army as a soldier. So now I'm a reserve Infantry Lieutenant supposedly ready for a platoon commander position. I feel really sorry for those unlucky bastards who may end up under my command one day lol

When I was in school a teacher's word was the law. We respected them at least in a classroom. There were disputes and petty grievances but putting a hand on a teacher? Shieeeet. It's like hurting your parents. I may not be the best person in the world but at least we know how to respect others.

I'd say U.S. marshal service executes federal courts decisions, like tracking fugitives, serving warrants, providing protection for witnesses, and they also guard federal courts. Does Russia count as Europe? At least my city surely is supposed to. We have many Muslim immigrants from neighboring post-USSR countries, and there's also Chechya, a Russian state, where are also Muslims. Most people generally despise immigrants and believe they only good for working at construction sites, selling vegetables, and cooking rats. They don't care about learning the language or our laws, at least. Crime rate is also very high in they neighborhoods. My friend was assigned to a department in a hood like this and he says 90% of crimes were connected to immigrants. Chechens however are a whole different story since they are extremely violent and often have some protection up high, so they despise the rest of the country.

They really are not. To think of it, I can't remember any volunteer police or auxiliary force where firearms are permitted, except Wild West rangers. However in Baltimore the place I lived in was guarded by the private police force, but those guys were security guards and had guard licences.

Well, it's a bit hard for me to understand your way of doing business, but if you already have all the necessary permits its fine. When I read all you post here a Shomrim organization comes to my mind. It's a Jewish para-police force, they have no police powers but patrol the streets, detain criminals, and notify police. At least they are supposed to do it. Is that how are you planning to organize your group? Hope you know that Shomrim has pretty tense relations with cops. They need the members to go through certified training, etc, and probably your criminal charge may become an obstacle.

Second, you create a topic about joining a police dept with a felony charge, receive a ton of replies like "you probably won't". Third, you create a topic about how you were wearing an NYPD badge and got caught with it. That was so, uuummm, naive, perhaps. Everyone understands you can't carry a thing that identifies you as an official if you ain't that official. Now you create a topic about creating your own militia and comparing yourself with the US President, speaking about uniforms, guns, badges, and so on. Now, if I were to organize a neighbor protection group giving gun permits would be the last thing I'd do. I would have consulted a lawyer and applied for necessary permits to organize the group, and only then I'd start to recruit members. Don't know how to say this right, but the majority of your topics state very strange things. It looks like you're just trying to provoke people for reactions. 'cause if you were seriously into organizing a group and spend that much money on it you would have done a full research on the necessary things.

Nah, I mean vehicle tactics during chases. They just ram your car in V, don't even try to overtake. With a car like Dozer or Tank it looks sooo stupid. R* also removed the wounds system, people just die now, paramedics don't heal, police don't patrol. I think it's not a performance otimization. R* clearly state that GTA V is about killing people, shooting cops, creating havoc, everything beyond that is removed. It's highly unlikely PC version will have those issues changed. So I'd definitely like a mod that alters the said above. And another one for the Interceptor texure to make that P O L I C E nightmare gone! :D And probably a separate livery for Blaine county sheriffs. Like LSSD will have black cruisers and SUVs, BCSD - white. Yeah, well, many people in my country sincerely believe that computer games are for children, and some believe that Internet is mainly for kids too. Have to say they consider anime as a symptom of a mental illness. So I can understand the topic starter position. This all doesn't bar me from watchin' anime, playing games, and working, yes.

I'd say I like the politics section because it allowed me to see how different people from different countries view common issues. I can't say I'm active on many forums, so LCPDFR gives me the opportunity to see how CK (american) sees this thing, then Hystery from France gives his opinion, and so on. Nothing can be more interesting than seeing how different cultures react to same problems.

Well, you can believe in God, in a divine entity that created the Universe itself in the first place. And when this Universe got created all kinds of stuff began, including evolution. Personally I do believe in evolution and it's also easier to believe that up there is something who cares about keeping an eye on you.

I guess you can start your own. This is an American petition. Is there a similar problem in Europe as well? It would be a shame.
