Did you manage to make a ped either die or stay down in a wounded state, like in GTA IV, or are you simply referring to this brief period when peds collapse before dying? I just don't get it, sorry. EMS never shows up in time to tend to a ped that is still alive, that is...

Yep, there really are plenty of those little things R* either forgot to fix or decided to leave it as it is. I wish all of them could be fixed. BTW, how do you think, is it possible to bring pool game back? Not in your project, just as a general possibility. All in all I'm really glad to see you correcting R* mistakes. Welcome to the Dinosaurs' GTA V Age! Is that only about vehicles? If not, I'd suggest to add the interaction with things, like in LSPDFR. After you speed exit the vehicle, take cover behind the door and shoot everyone, it's so nice to sit on the bench and think about your life. And maybe something that allows you to park your car and leave the wheels turned?

Nice to see that! Have you considered taking a regular LSPD VSPI and replacing the LSPD seal with the star? And yellow "highway patrol" letters on the trunk. Could look good.

Hello! I usually hate asking for things, but there's one I deeply miss in GTA V. Is that possible to make a Surrender mod, like putting your hands up, weapon down, and being arrested instead of being shot? I know there's a similar mod for GTA SA and for IV but for V... I feel like it could be a nice ending to a long chase after some non-that-violent offences. Even LSPD can take a break from shooting speeders, can't it?

Got a call with armed robbers fleeing, chased them up to the point they crashes their van, jumped out of my cruiser and... Pressed E to get the driver out, as I used to with the LSPDFR, aaand.... My character gets in the back of the van! Perps be like WTF COPPER?! So they drove with me in the back, shooting at backup units until the driver caught one in the head. Nice one for the first call :D

Not bad, though at certain moments I was sure it's Skyrim. Boston is an awesome place to tell a post-nuclear story in the Fallout way, with the MIT, the harbour, all those other things I've never seen. I really really really hope they won't try to resurrect the Enclave like they did in F3 by the way.

I take the ineseri's way here: expect less, then you'll have more. And even if it really is F4, it'll probably use Skyrim's engine. *sigh*

​Last I checked B-more has a long history of being in top-10 of the US crime rates. The art of policing was destroyed in Baltimore many years ago by then-mayor from the Democrats (who now is a governor and runs for the POTUS), just like in many other cities (in US and worldwide). I can't really express my feeling towards the Patriot Act. One the one hand I like then they make the police work easier. On the other, giving agencies like the CIA so much powers doesn't actually make them work better. Secret courts, secret warrants, out-of-courts wiretaps...

Handling? In V? Never heard of it. I mean, cmon. A Smart climbs a mountain hill. Cars drive over each other. I can make any turn without using my brakes at all. All NFS here. In IV I can feel a vehicle. In V I can't, it simply drives very fast with no unique features like a log on wheels. I do love how the lights work for sure, but having more control over it would be nice. As far as graphic goes even if there were any ENB-like mods I won't be able to run them, so I pretty much don't care :D

What can be more "in-depth" than a cup of coffee of the beat?! And a few people beaten for being uncooperative, that is. Laws Santos - where the coffee is drunk hot! The release... Would be something.

​Well, it was possible to achieve using LCPDFR 1.0 mechanics (pull them to the curb, press "M", cancel the stop, get out, point the gun on the driver and make him step out). After that I usually ordered them to put their hands on their head. I hope it's safe to assume we can see at least that in LSPDFR.

​Generally speaking, we already have a texture editor, and some people (I'm not pointing any fingers at Yard) have already changed some liveries, like black-and-white Granger to plain white. I think even now removing the motto is possible. However I just fail to see how can you promote those principles in GTA, where cops don't even know how to arrest people :D

Yard, I remembered what "mod-related thing" I wanted to ask you. I miss those Noose SUVs in GTA IV very much, they really offered some variety to the police response. Mind you consider making deputies in vests respond in the Sheriff SUV on 3 stars?
