  1. The autopsy reports must look rather weird. "Uuumh, cause of death is being hit in the face".
  2. Wow, you think that could be done? Will they have to literally bring peds back from the dead, or peds will suffer longer so EMS could make it in time, if that's OK to ask?
  3. Racial profiling? In Sweden? Highly doubt that. In my eyes this is an admission of guilt if I ever saw one.
  4. First the archive was corrupted, when it got flagged and deleted by an overzealous Chrome, when a flying saucer with FIB letters on it went and arrested me, see. Hard to foresee everything on the LSPDFR downloading path.
  5. Trying to add Netman's SAHP cars to the wanted system, like they did with The Sixth Star. Editing dispatch.meta was easy, but they also edit peds.meta and vehicles meta, and I can't figure out why... At least there's no mention of those two new cars in the files. I also tried to make no police and only FIB and NOOSE on 5 stars, but ca;t make it right.
  6. Hastings commented on BILLWARD's gallery image in GTA V Galleries
  7. Well, if one wants to make money he shouldn't become a civil servant, there's no way you can make money here, in any country. Maybe in Dubai... Actually in B-more I worked for $12 p/h. Wasn't so bad, I could afford a rental car (as it says in GTAV, for that price be grateful it still works) and a decent room (had to share tho). And on Sundays I went to the Harbor to get myself a steak :D
  8. I was always surprised that in the US once a felon -- always a felon. I'd sign this thing if I was a US citizen.
  9. No, she wasn't Why would cops kill people in detention? That could happen during an aggressive interview with some crook or something, but murder an ordinary detainee?
  10. Google says in Baltimore PD, for example, it's around $50 000 per year, or $4 000 per month. Up to $70 000 in 11 years. Meanwhile in Russia it's around $800 per month. We are your BRICS friends :D
  11. "one for the multiplayer" is the reason why R* keeps messing up everything with each update.
  12. Me too. It's just I had to download the same file 4 times, and it aroused suspicion.
  13. That stupid Captcha asked me to select pictures of hamburgers... Now I know how hungry I really am... On the bright side, I'm definitely not a robot.
  14. Hey Luke! With more mods coming under RAGE, and considering SH is hard to use together with RAGE (causes crashes at least on my PC) there's only one SH mod that wasn't implemented under RAGE. They have a "weapon drop mod", like press F9 and drop any gun you're carrying. Could you consider adding this one to your mod?
  15. 1. Yes they do. 2. As a citizen of another country I can't know the truth. I guess it happens, but during my time in the US (for example, I spent about a year in Baltimore, a city suffering from crime) I saw no cases of it. Sometimes officers acted harsh, but it was totally reasonable. (that's why I was astonished when I learned about B-more riots). 3. When people blame the US cops for being too militarized I laugh because I know militarized police too well. The whole police system in my country is military-like. They use the same weaponry and vehicles as the army even during standard patrols. 4. Again, I can't speak for the US citizens. I am heavily interested in American law enforcement, I search for the info and generally what I want I can find. Not sure how it is for Americans in general. As a semi-related to the police from a different country (russia) I may say that I had several interactions with the police forces in different countries. So far, the UK and the US cops were the best. I still remember a B-more county officer who, when I told him about myself, opened up his Suburban and showed me the vehicle and the equipment.
  16. In that case we probably misunderstood each other since one of my first answers was essentially the same. Different countries, different methods. Well, this is correct to a certain extent. Hard to explain, actually, so let it be :)
  17. So rather than admitting that somewhere people do employ different tactics and manage to do good police work you prefer to insist on irrelevant things. I guess I am also a Kremlin propagandist or a lier. Ok.
  18. News about apprehending a drunkard with a gun are not influenced by anything, and firing weapons from a moving car is actually a standard part of traffic police training. In Russia if an officer uses a weapon and kills a person he may be fired or imprisoned himself, which is extremely common. So if they are forced to use a gun they try to be as less lethal as possbile. The only reason I mentioned Youtube is that I doubt you speak Russian and that's the only way to somehow prove myself. However if you simply refuse to believe it, well, nothing can be done here.
  19. Please, please, please, don't speak about things you have no idea about. I'm Russian, I work in the law enforcement field, and I am familiar with all the hypocricy our beloved goverment pours on us. Today they decided not to obey the ECHR decisions because they violate human rights guaranteed under Russian constitution. BTW, how easily a crime topic degraded to a national argument, All I can say is that war on drugs can't be won if the government (American, Mexican, Russian) profits from it. There're enourmous money in that game, so... It's either "escape from any jail" or "untouchable".
  20. Not quite. Here Red and Blue are reserved only for the Road Police department and the Federal Security Service. Police, fire/EMS, other emergency services use only blue. I also know that in Ukraine they use red-and-blue for the traffic units plus a single green light in the back.
  21. What I said is also true. Russian net is full of news about officers shooting armed perpetrators in legs or arms, hitting them, then arresting them, and I closely work with police so am a bit familiar with their work. They use Makarov pistol, the one which is army, police, and other agencies' standard issue. I fired it myself during my Army Reserve officer training, and it is much more difficlut to handle than Glock for example. Additionally, Russian traffic police are trained to shoot tires of a perp's car from a moving vehicle during pursuits, examples are all over youtube. As I said earlier, there are two different societies.
