  1. Nice! I've been dreaming for a Rancher adapted for every day use for a very long time. Hope we'll soon see LSSD rancher as well
  2. I said it before but I will repeat nevertheless, you're great modder and your mods will take the place on the Wall of Fame for the GTA V modifications, Albo.
  3. Politicians are those who influence things. If they decide that in order to get more cheap supporters they need to cut the army budget or stop fighting ISIL or to disband counterintelligence (a stupidly impossible idea, but who knows), they'll do that and the men and women who fight won't have the means to fight. It happened so many times in the history, including American history as well.
  4. When I was in Baltimore, Maryland, I take a look at how much would a person spend if the said person was to own a dog. It was quite an amount. And I can imagine that having a dog in London would be twice as that...
  5. Nah, no chance. Russian police very rarely uses guns, so I doubt they even realised how serious the threat was when they saw a truck blocking the road. See, it's unusual for police to die from gunfire here. And like I said, a robbery like this had never happened here. And you're right, it looks pretty dirty.
  6. Hope this way they work The getaway car was a blue Hyundai with stolen plates. It's a really quiet area, so no immediate witnesses. The FSB doesn't handle those cases (though they'll most certainly will supervise and help), and the amount of money is still unclear because the owners don't want to cooperate and reveal the exact number. They are afraid of tax prosecutions, I guess. The money were transported in the police car, which is strange, they usually just provide escorts to armored vehicles. So they blocked the road by a truck, shot the cops, set the truck and the police car on fire and left.
  7. For the first time in Russia (since 1991 at least), and damn sure for the first time in Saint Petersburg, the most beautiful Russian city, police officers are killed on purpose by several gunmen for money. I can't even believe that here, in my city, 4 to 6 people armed with assault rifles, hand grenades and equipped with body armor pulled of a GTA V style heist: they had a stolen truck used to block the police car's path, a getaway vehicle, and they were wearing clown masks. After they were done, they set the truck and the police car on fire. In the police car a wounded officer was burnt alive. As far as I know, they stole around 300 000 000 rubles, or somewhere 4 million USD, via killing a police colonel and a police major of the Special Mobile Task force. Still no leads and no clues. I mean, what the actual fuck. Even during roaring 90's, when gangs of all kinds were out there, nothing like that ever happened. Either people are really desperate, or the world goes crazy fast. http://www.fontanka.ru/2015/12/04/051/big.1.html
  8. To my knowledge that's the first police van mod for GTAV ever released (apart from yours police Burrito). Cool.
  9. They have no legal authority to pull anyone over without lights and sirens in an unmarked vehicle. So they don't. They wait and approach on foot, like here: https://youtu.be/HSfrCdNRDI8?t=126 And I've slightly exaggerated, Russian police seldom even touches their weapons. Sometimes plain clothes officers don't even receive them.
  10. Russia Traffic Police has recently begun deploying unmarked units to patrol the streets. Fun fact is that they aren't allowed to have lights and sirens and they have to patrol in uniform, so they are pretty easy to spot. Operatives, on the other hand, drive ordinary civilian cars and the only time you notice them is when they put a gun in your face lol
  11. According to the news, one shooter was a Qatari citizen. I can't even possibly guess why would a citizen of one of the richest countries in the world go kill people at random. Well, one less bastard in the world, good riddance.
  12. Looks like several shooters with automatic rifles, at least that's what our new say. I'm not sure about this particular area, but I heard that generally in CA firearms laws are harsh. So I have no idea how they could get all that heavy gear that news report.
  13. Does that mean that TheDivineHustle is coming back? :D
  14. Dat feel when you're Russian and your 2016 budget has cuts from law enforcement to public health up to 40%, but an increase in the military budget. I mean new tanks and jets are cool, but I gotta have things to eat.
  15. I loved that so much. There should be no borders created by wicked politics or whatever between all men and women around the place that protect people and the law, because they all do great service and all put their lives at risk, and I like our police shows the same feelings.
  16. That's just how my GTA with Albo's callouts goes!
  17. Classic cop car paintings! From here: http://fastlaneillustration.deviantart.com/gallery/37705048/Car-Chases
  18. Hastings commented on BILLWARD's gallery image in GTA V Galleries
  19. I hope you don't mind if I ask you a few questions? Do you need some profession-related education (like a law degree)? And is there a chance to be promoted to investigative positions, if you start as a patrol officer?
