They use this religion to brainwash people and turn them into - no joke - zombies. The religion can't be blamed, just as guns can't be blamed for shootings. To remind everyone, the Old Testament has some pretty rough statements and suggests really cruel way for dealing with those who violate it. Does it mean Christianity is a religion of violence and terror? Guess not. For me it's really hard, nearly impossible though to accept an idea that religion worths murdering people.The crusaders back in time believed that Christianity worthed killing for. Apparently the problem isn't in religion, it's in the people (yeah, bright and original conclusion, I know). But damn me if I know how we can protect our world against that threat. One of the terrorists was a French citizen, he lived in France for many years, I bet his neighbors called him a good person and he surely posted on facebook some things like "Islam is a religion of peace". And then BANG, and more than 100 people are dead. I guess the only option is to hope that the next attack won't harm you or your relatives, since there's not much we can do here. In Russia there are several types of training programs, each has a different length. A police college program lasts for 1-2 years, depending on your education level. However, an ordinary patrolman doesn't have to attend it, instead he receives a six-month training and is eligible for the lowest non-officer ranks (from private to sergeant) A police academy program lasts 4 years, and a graduate receives an officer rank (they start from lieutenant). However, you may already possess a university degree (bachelor, master, or specialist), so you only have to pass an exam to receive an officer rank.

Got a little roleplaying suggestion: maybe introduce different reasons other than "ANPR callouts"? Something like call: Witness reporting a driveby attack call: An anonymous tip on a wanted felon on the loose call: Citizens reporting a wanted vehicle call: ANPR hit and so on. The calls are the original Traffic Policer calls, of course, but different introductions. Just, you know, so you won't get only ANPR call, but some other as well.

May I use that logic to demand a new Bentley for myself, because I can't afford it with $700 per month income? I mean seriously, even with the new RPH supporting pirated copies you still want to complain about not getting stuff for free?

Well, if you were to check the website Ineseri mentioned, you'd find a huge tab named "Requirements" in the middle of the screen, the third from the left (and the fourth from the right, accordingly). It contains the list of files required to run RPH (with links, too), and once the RPH is ok, you can run LSPDFR using the installation instructions in the Readme file. However, on the RPH site they still list a legal copy as a requirement, guess you have to trust Ini on this.
