  1. Thanks for the reply! I ran GTA V with Speccy and noticed that when idling the temp was like on the first pic. While running, it was like on the second pic. I was able to run about 20 minutes when it all crashed. I failed to make a screenshot in time, but I noticed that the graphic card was the same 49 degrees, but CPU showed 69. After the crash it quickly went back to 40. I'm guessing that could be it?
  2. Hi! Me again with some crash problem. It's not only GTA V, it's War Thunder or Battlefield for example. After a certain amount of time (for GTA V it's 5-10 minutes, for WT it's around 30) the game crashes or I'm receiving a BSOD with different errors every time. I took it to service, they said they found no issues. I'm even ready to buy a new CPU/GPU (but not a PC, that's too expensive), but I'm not sure this helps. I'm completely out of ideas and open to all suggestions. Low power supply? Overheating CPU/GPU? Too many spy programs from KGB and CIA? Maybe some of you encountered this trouble before, or maybe you could think of something. The specs are as listed below: InterCore I7-3770 3,40 GHz GTX-760 TOP DC2 (God knows what those letters mean. Taxation without representation?) 8 Gb RAM Power supply ~500 WT (I'm not sure, there's no label on it). Win 7 64-bit
  3. How could I overlook it. From traffic police to Investigative Committee to Federal Security Service to Military Police. Ford :D
  4. Any chance for a Sheriff Merit?
  5. I often disagree with you on many things, but, frankly, that baffles me too. It's illegal and all, and formally a violation is a violation, and no offenses should be considered less important, and all that, but still the whole event is... Weird.
  6. Same goes for my country (Russia). Usual thugs can't go over a hunting shotgun or a self-made Makarov pistol. And those who do have serious firepower do not attack the police, because they are controlled by the same people who control police... Well, usually. This doesn't mitigate the fact that Russia is violent. Frankly, a broken bottle can do more harm that a pistol. All the countries are different. I believe. It's ridiculous to think that if you took all the guns from the US soil their cops could go around armed with wooden batons and drinking tea. When cops are shot to death even in Paris, it can' hurt to prepare for the worst. After all, those people who hate guns at the same time love welcoming paperless foreigners with little to no verifiable background.
  7. Crew do or crew does? I'm not nagging, just want to learn :) In the video I also noticed that someone from the operator's side pushed the radio to the officer, and some wires are seen on 1:10
  8. Before I watch the whole video, I've a small question, why didn't the COPS crew interfere? Not that I'm judging them or something, it's just I'm curious if there are rules that forbid them from interfering no matter what. In my view, if a perp manages to overpower a cop in front of COPS camera, the crew is going to be the next victim. Who needs unnecessary witnesses. As for the officer's tactics I'd say the suspect is truly lucky to be alive and have no face bones broken thanks for that officer. In the army we were taught that headlocks like that are extremely dangerous and you should counteract with whatever you can, not caring at all about the life of the opponent. I would shoot or at least try to harm his face, eyes and throat.
  9. Hey Albo! Would it be possible to add police barriers to the TrafficPolicer menu (F6 one)? Kinda strange that you can put concrete blocks but can't put police barriers... I know you can do it with the Police Radio, but I have troubles using it, so Traffic Policer is my only hope :D
  10. My favorite NFS car? Oh, sure, NFS High Stakes, 1999, played in 2005 by me. I loved these 4 the most, plus the BMW Oh and how nice the intro was.
  11. A black-n-white LCPD is a no-no, I'm serious. On a separate note I'm curious if they may have any copyright infringement trouble.
  12. When it comes to terrorism, it's really much better to prevent them with proper intelligence, that's true. Not even a tank regiment deployed in a city can save people from death by a suicide bomber.
  13. The years of safe living can do that to anyone. In 90's in Russia there were disastrous attacks on schools, hospitals and even whole towns with tens of people killed. Somehow, someway, they trained qualified AT fighters, but it took time and experience and sadly many casualties. If only it was possible to learn from mistakes of others.
  14. A test of local police reaction, for example. Or an attempt to move the attention from somewhere. Don't underestimate those people.
  15. Oh no, don't worry about them. Those who blow themselves up are usually only brainwashed zealots. Their leaders are safe and sound now and may even enjoy the comfort of some Western country. instead of sticking in their beloved desert. Well Belgium and French cops found those who set up the Paris attacks. I think they'll find someone responsible here as well. Meanwhile here our government doesn't seem to worry too much. No security increase noticed, at least by me.
  16. Lol first time I've ever noticed there's some "ruptly" thing. But generally you're right, even here in Russia almost everyone knows that RussiaToday makes news aimed at you Westerns to show how great is our living. For every economy expert out there, please kindly note that before Crimea a US Dollar was worth around 35 Rubles. Today a bank across the street sells it for 71 Rubles. How does >200% inflation sound for you, considering the goods are even more expensive now since 75% of all the goods are imported in Russia (means they have to be bought for Euros or Dollars), and we'd ourselves banned certain European goods from import? I know that's off-topic and I'm sorry, but I am tired enough from listening our leaders every day saying there's no crisis at all.
  17. Ah damn. must have overlooked that. Took those pictures from another site, actually, never traced the original. My bad.
  18. On a completely unrelated note, I would never think that Belgium police force uses our old BTRs-80 with police lights attached. Well, they're pretty good at lighting up scum: terrorists tested, Russian Army approved.
  19. I believe that I demonstrate that I care through my work, since I do it exactly because I hate when bad things happen to innocent people. On the other hand, if a sad event touches me closely, I say it or write about it or whatever. It doesn't do anything good to anyone but it shows the way I feel. Don't think I'm clear enough here, but I hope you understand me.
  20. Nowhere, I guess. I know for Europeans it will sound barbaric, racist, fascist, and all that, but there's no way people will care equally for everyone. A few days ago an explosion in Dagestan, Russia, killed several police officers but even you don't care much. For example I don't, because Dagestan is a war zone with civilians and cops diyng every week, and that doesn't touch me. Despite the fact that it's sad, and the Turkey attacks are horrible, and people dying yesterday in a FlyDubai plane crash in Russia don't make my mood lighter in any way too, certain things touch me deeper than overs for my personal reasons. Like, for example, I lived in Brussels for 2 and a half months and I really loved the people and the city. I see nothing weird in spending my grief only on things I care about. Sorry for that off-topic.
  21. Russian news sources report several subway explosions. Reminds me of the London Bombings, several connected attacks on the public transportation route, but terrorist attacks in peaceful and tranquil Belgium, can't believe it. Just freaks me out when I think about innocent and unsuspecting people being killed at random... I'm sure it's connected with the arrest of the fucker who is responsible for the Paris attacks. Religion of peace is at it again.
  22. That never happens in Russia. Anyway, most cops use same public transportation routes every day, so that's not too much of a difference.
