Sgt.Kanyo's handling mods
well it's the same as the older crown vics. Nothing changed handling mod wise as far as I know. But what changes did you mean specifically?

2008 Ford Crown Victoria CHP Slicktop
Yes like I said, it's not possible to use steady burns with directional lights. Not on the front, not at the back. As for the the blue and amber cutoff to the back, that's not possible. If I add the ambers to extra9 (that's how you could recreate the amber blue flashing with C-06, then it'll mess up the C-01 option, and it'd be like. Blue Amber vs. Red. I'll try to show you what I'm talking about, but you can figure this out with snt as well, by spawning the car components one by one. Extra7: O O O O O O O Extra8: O O O O O O O Extra9: O O O O O O O ELS C-01 works like Extra7 and Extra9 vs. Extra8 ELS C-06 works like Extra7 vs. Extra9 Therefor if I change the ambers to extra9, it'll mess up the C-01 option. Also I based my car off of highway pursuits, where they always use code3 and if they stop the car, they leave it in code3 park mode. Since directional lights could not have been done properly (no steady burns), I sticked with code3 park mode. Also if you want to turn on the front steady burn reds, all you have to do is open up els menu, and turn on the wig-wags. It'll turn on the decklight's red only, with no traffic advisor. Sorry but that's all our options with els, and we don't have more extra parts to play with. At least this way I could recreate a full on realistic setting. If I used the directional light, it wouldn't be like the real one. If you made these videos, well thanks for the effort, but that's all I can do.

Sgt.Kanyo's handling mods
I never made a civilian taurus handling. I based it off the 2010 prefacelift model. Those police interceptors are Taurus SHOs with different suspension. Also yeah I'll make 1 for the avalanche. Also I wish some1 would update all the tahoe's front by using the avalanche's front, since that looks a lot more accurate.

Maybe new project, convert.

2008 Ford Crown Victoria CHP Slicktop
Well the model is unlocked, if you wanna remap a few of the extras it's all up to you. But this is how the CHP slicktop works. Primary is code 3 - when the car is in drive (wig-wags on, front lights flashing, except for the steady burn dashlight) Secondary is code 3 as well - when the car is in park (wig-wags off, front lights all on steady burn)

listening to radio in a police vehicle?
You need to change the "Ingame name" column in vehicles.ide. I dunno which value is that, but since it's in the column you can check it out.

listening to radio in a police vehicle?
You need to change the ingame name from "POLICE" or any other police car to a civilian car. If you don't want the car's sound to change, you can just use a civilian car that uses the same sound as the police car you are replacing. For example POLICE can be changed into EMPEROR

Well that's how the rear traffic advisor works in code 3 mode. Those lights never light up. Here's a pic: And also as you can see CHP didn't move the brake lights. It's there. It was weird for me for the first time too, but well since it's like that irl, I won't move it.

People don't like sharing mods... And the only SUV that's made for IV which CHP uses is the Tahoe. It's not used in chases anyway, I think it's just a supervisor SUV.

@FCV96 I think Cj24 just made the 1999 nypd crown vic. You should try his. It's also the Driver SF model. Also if I can get my hands on the CHP Whelen Liberty (it has built in rear traffic advisor), then I'll make that version as well.

- Version v6
- This is a Ford Crown Victoria P71 California Highway Patrol police car. It replicates the slicktop version. - This car trys to be as close to the real one as possible. - Primary lights: standard CHP code 3 - Secondary lights: CHP code 3 park mode (all lights in front on steady burns and "forward cut-off" at the rear) - This car is not locked, so you may import it into zmodeler, and you may edit it for personal use. - If you want to release the car, please give credits to everyone who made this mod in the first place. - ELS v5 settings: E-01C and C-01 - ELS v8 settings are included and you need to use the C-00 pattern for secondaries and C-03 for "traffic stop" park mode- 25 comments

Sgt.Kanyo's handling mods
Yeah the suburban is basically the same as the Tahoe. If I remember well that suburban was like lt.caine's tahoe, so try using that line. If it doesn't work properly, let me know.

Yes, that's what I meant when I said, by editing vehicles.ide

Sgt.Kanyo's handling mods
There is no such thing as POLICESTOCKADE handling line. Police stockade uses the "STOCKADE" handling line. If you wanna use a different handling line, you have to edit vehicles.ide

Hm I dunno, I haven't tried, I'll check it out soon. EDIT: You must have installed it badly, I couldn't manage to roll it over, not once. You sure you used the handling from the ReadMe file?

List Of Unlocked Parts.....
Ofcourse, it has realistic lights, all materials are fixed, and it also features bxbugs123's 1998 steel rims. Also some further texture edits.

Finally found the picture I based it on: and I also found this: I do believe the inner stripe is golden.

California Highway Patrol officer
It does have 2 small stripes, and I saw a gold stripe in between those on one of the pictures. Could be me. I can't make the stripes the same unfortunately, it's just IV failing with the pants texture. And it's in alderney, near pegorino's house, there's a small car park. 2nd picture is in alderney near the old casino.
