LAPD CVPI equipped with a FS Arjent lightbar pulling over a bi-colore 458 Italia for speeding. -
It's skylinegtrfreak's AS-350 Ecurail. It has an optional CHP paintjob, instead of LAPD one. I think it's on gta4-mods.com, if not, check GPM. -

I've been searching around the web, however I couldn't find these lights anywhere. Anyone know if anyone ever made these type of lights? I want to use them on the CHP crown vic. Also I'd like them to be as accurate as possible, so please don't link me any similar lights, only these. Yeah, it's because of the lightbar's glass. It's really dark, so that's why it makes the lights look darker then they should. Unfortunately no fix for that. Either you get a good looking lightbar or a good looking code 3 light. I suggest using light enhancing mods, that makes it better.

Can you make female LAPD officers, based on a different model? Preferrably some1 smaller, because the female multiplayer model is huge. Also this might sound weird, but them having no boobs is kinda weird :D

You can remove it in gta iv display settings. Turn hud to off, and map to off. -
Oh awesome, haven't seen that one, and yeah I'll make 1, however I still have to do a Cherokee SRT8 handling lol. EDIT: Caprice handling is released in first post, Cherokee handling coming soon. EDIT2: Cherokee handling released as well.

Use SparkIV to open vehicles.img, search for the wanted police car to replace, for example, if you wanna replace police, you rename my files to police.wft and police.wtd, then click on import, find my files, and import them both. Hit save, and you're done. Merry Xmas to everyone.

Hmm what caprice? The ugly one? Not for that, but I'm not planning on making one for that, since both EVI and both some1 from GPM is gonna release a nice looking caprice. (if you mean the new one) Old Caprice handling is done though.

You can enable E-03R or E-03L to make it look like halogen in normal ELS as well. I don't see the problem. Just use the new ELS. You can set up all kinds of patterns with them.
