Eight generation games focusing on multiplayer
I enjoyed CoD Ghosts a lot more then Black Ops 2. Imo it was Black Ops 2 that was the "worst" CoD. I still think the single player of Ghosts was pretty good. Haven't played it's multiplayer. However I do agree, just take a look at the BF series, they are just a mess in single player.

Installed both of them, unfortunately, still the very same problem, error in script loader:loader or whatever it says. Same lcpdfr.log file, and still no advancedhook.log file generated.

I've just downloaded it, and it said errors were detected when processing advancedhook.dll, see the log file. Well I can't find any log file, also while it did open the .dll file, I have no idea what this tool does. EDIT: Not sure if this helps, I'm on win 7 64 bit

Ah that's what I used before, I used the manual installation. Now that you mention it, I didn't replace my dsound.dll with the one provided, since the asi loader hasn't been changed since patch 2 or 3. At least that's what I've been told, the only thing they had to change when a new patch came out, is the .asi files. I'll try to replace that as well, but I don't think that'd fix my problem. EDIT: Also I wouldn't like to use xliveless since that disables the mp feature, which is pretty much the only thing I play. EDIT2: Well just tried it out, nothing changed. Also since it only pops up for a short amount of time I didn't see it before, but it says "error in script lcpdfr loader:loader" or sth similar.

lol that's kind of funny. I wonder why would they ban it there. Also I updated my first post here if anyone is interested, I think I may expand it even further if I come across some other bugs. This game for me is now dead.

Alright I kept reading that everyone should start their own thread so here it is. When I go ingame, I can't start lcpdfr 1.0. I tried changing the keys to a different one, but that didn't work, also there's no red circle at the police station, so I assume it doesn't even load. Like I said, I won't let this thread turn into a flame war, so I'll only tell you that you are very wrong about the weapon ballistics you mentioned. I actually do a lot of research before making an opinion on such matter. Hit boxes cannot be improved, hit boxes are made by the game developers when they make the game. It tells the game which part of the body was hit (if it was hit), and what damage model it should use. For example a head hit box would be an invisible mesh thing on the head, which if it gets hit, it should give a lot bigger damage then a normal body shot. If you could modify that, that'd mean you could gain an incredibly huge advantage over other players. I think I might just start to list the problems I have with BF4 in the first post, and I'll see which ones will be improved over the coming weeks/months/?years?

Those patterns might look better now, but it was set to insanely fast in the video, so it's hard to tell. I really do like the new siren option, although I'm not sure, does that work in MP? Also please tell me I won't have to use the secondaries with the primaries, and that we can use the siren even with the secondaries on.

I am using hardcore mode, and I even tried to filter the server like, putting the damage to 110% or above, but it found no server like that, so I assume even on HC mode it takes the very same amount of bullets to kill some1. It was on hardcore mode where I shot the guy in the chest with a sniper, and he didn't die. I truly hope at least they'll try to fix it.

Then don't call this game realistic. And people go about everything being unbalanced. An assault class against a jet or a tank, isn't that freaking unbalanced? Why not make the assault rifle take down tanks and jets in 1 shot, I mean that's "realistic" right? Arma sucks, I only played like the first 15 minutes, then realised how much they messed up the controls, and made it insanely complicated. I want a smooth game, with the flow experience, like CoD offers, but with a piece of mind where the gamer isn't considered to be a mindless zombie (because by making us believe these crap, they simply think we're retarded or sth) Then again your bullet penetration: .50 cal barrett to the body = instant kill - 1 point for BF4 .50 cal barrett to the body through a window = hit marker apparently if you stand behind a window you can survive a round that goes through light armor, and just about any wall you can throw at it. Also about this so called bullet penetration, if you shoot at a wall with a tank round, no matter what round it is, the whole wall collapses, which is nice and all, however noone behind it will ever die, so that's another bad mark for BF. As for the netcode, we explained that here in the thread I think enough times, that it is not our connection, since we get good pings. It's just simply bad, period. Also I mentioned the AK-12 since first of all, it's a crappy useless gun in game, or if every other gun is like that in the game, then that just shows how bad the variety is, and it just proves I doN't want to play with it no more. The other thing is, the US army would never ever use a freaking AK as a standard weapon, nor would the chinese, but I could give 2 fucks (pardon my french) about the chinese.

Same bug on EU servers too. I get 40 pings as well, sometimes less, and I still get these weird kills. 1 gun seems to work brilliantly, the M82 Barrett. Got 4 kills in a row in under 1 minute, and some others later. Question, why couldn't they include that as a proper gun, no idea.

@Sgt.Jackson I get that too, and people say that's because of the netcode too. Some people say that the better ping you have, the more you are affected by the effects of this thing. There are a few videos up showing that some people have to shoot like 9 bullets into some1, while it takes 2 for others to kill him. I haven't played CoD Ghosts in multiplayer, but the single player was still very much enjoyable. Wasn't realistic, I mean shooting in space (lol), but it was epic, just like what a cod sp should be. I do believe MW2 was the greatest shooter as well, and I am kind of disappointed I didn't buy the game back then, and I admit I played with MW2 on iwnet or whatever that thing was, and that was pretty good (minus the cheaters), so I assume that cod's mp would be a lot more enjoyable. Also I believe this game has so many flaws right now, that they could release all the DLCs free, I still wouldn't like it. I just don't think they will fix all these problems.

Alright well I'd like to know everyone's opinion about EA's new Battlefield 4. What do you think about the game, how you like it so far, both SP and MP. I thought this would deserve a thread, so here we go. I got BF4 for christmas, and I gotta say I... hate it. Yeah I said it. I've played with the SP before and while the story was insanely lame, and you couldn't get to like any of the characters, not to mention all the bugs it had, I kind of enjoyed it, which I believe was because of the better dynamics, and probably because of the good graphics. I believed that it was a step forward from the old BF3, where to me the way you could aim the weapons, and all that was kind of wrong, didn't feel like I was there in the action. So that's why I decided to buy BF4, hoping the MP will be somehow good. Boy I was mistaken. First of all, doesn't matter what faction you're in, you're stuck with the same weapon. Chinese forces? Here's your AK-12, now go win the battle! Sir yes sir! Russian forces? Here's your AK-12, now go win the battle! Ah okay... US forces? Here's your AK-12, now- *gunshot* You get the point, and now we get to the point where I talk (well write) about the netcode. It's so messed up that people shoot you through walls (which wasn't a bad thing, if the bullets actually could go through walls, which they can't) because the game didn't load it yet. So imagine you are waiting in a corner, getting ready to charge, then all of a sudden you're dead. If that wasn't enough to piss you off, try the recon class. While it is fun to lay low in the bushes and watch enemies sprint past you, God help you if you try to kill one of them. Once again thanks to the netcode you shoot some1 in the chest (pretty much where such vital organs are located, such as heart, lungs etc.) he'll simply shoot back at you instead of dieing. I've even heard stories where people shoot others in the head and they don't die (I had that with the ak12). For example concrete blocking every other part of his body, except for his head, you shoot him, you get a hit marker. Now we move onto the best part, which everyone loves about the game: realism. This game is so realistic, every living person has a parachute up his anus, which they can deploy even at 10 meters. The game where it takes 3 or sometimes because of the netcode 9 bullets to kill some1, however a plastic plane can kill you instantly, if it hits your leg. The game where a simple crossbow and a knife can kill you instantly but not a .50 cal gun. (mounted guns) I don't want this thread to end in a flamewar, I really just want to know what are your opinions. I surely won't buy another BF game. I own BF1942, BF Vietnam, BF2, BFBC2, BF3 and now BF4, so you can't really call me a CoD fanboy, however I do believe I should have bought CoD instead. (I only have CoD4 from the franchise) List of problems: - Horrible netcode (warping enemies, getting killed behind walls, weapon damage doesn't always work the same etc.) - Choppy gameplay even at 50 FPS - 5 second lag spikes where the screen freezes - not working freelook if you spawn inside a helicopter or a jet - headshots don't always kill instantly - knifing is an instant kill - messed up animation (for example, guy is frozen in crouch but still running) - ricochet sounds are actually louder then the gun fire - enemy footsteps can not be heard - bulllets move slower, compared to real life - parachute already decreases speed, before deploying - tank/apc primary rounds don't instantly blow up jets / helicopter / small vehicles - warning / lock-on sounds are quiet, sometimes not even hearable - factions don't have their own weapons - hardcore mode reduces your given health (without healing in time), instead of making the damage on every weapon better - RPG 7 drive-by shooters (what the actual fuck) - getting stuck in really small objects (curb, taken out lamppost, small rocks) - unrealistic bullet drop, mainly on tanks - you can see the bullets (this ain't matrix, and don't get me started on tracer rounds) I only listed the things that is wrong with the game and must be changed, not the things I would prefer to be in the game (like having m82 barrett, or m1 abrams being superior to other tanks etc.)

Yeah the car has been moved down in Zmodeler for a better camera. If you want the original fib handling for this car, use my center of mass in the handling line provided and then you'll have the old handling optimized for this car.

Yeah highway unit versions have 1 single spotlight on the driver side. I will be making more NYPD cars, but I'm waiting for a friend to send a highrise lightbar. That's the main reason I didn't upload this in a pack, since 4 cars isn't a pack in my opinion. Also not a lot of people like to download a whole pack for just one car.
