I'll never get how a british looking car of the british police can integrate well into an purely american city where it's sunny 90% of the time, with an average temperature of 50°C and covered in palms trees. Creating cars require a lot of time and dedication, on top of having a difficult learning curve. You'll want to get a Zmodeler license (which is, I believe, 30-days long), and you'll want to look up at tutorials on Youtube.

You'll probably have to change the carvariation.meta file to make the lights work. Listen, if you've that much trouble finding how to install cars and textures, look at tutorials on Youtube, they'll help you more than a comment section.- 42 comments

It's up to you, you choose, you can use both if you have free police slots, you can apply textures to both of them.

No, it's forbidden to distribute those files without the agreement of the original authors. Download and install the cars and then apply those textures.

2 little things I forgot to mention: The link for the CVPI is broken. It does lead to the download page, but when clicking on Download, there's an error. I know you can't do anything about it, it's just for people trying to get it. The CVPI is actually not the "DEV" version, but the DSF version, as the model comes from Driver: San Francisco. Alternatively, it is also called the Cj24 version as it has been converted by Cj24 back in the time of GTA IV. Just two tiny things that are no real big deal.

LCPDFR is for GTA IV. LSPDFR is for GTA V. Look up on Youtube for tutorials on how to install LSPDFR if you have trouble, plenty of them.

The Charger seems a bit odd. Like, the whole paintjob on the doors seems a bit too high. Would look better if it was centered in term of height IMO, but it's just me.

On the windows template, place a layer over them and change the opacity. Done.

You've to create the line in the carvariation.meta of one of the DLC packs. I placed mine in mpheist and it works good.

Yeah, too bad I don't watch news on the TV or even TV for that matter since several years now. It's just facts. Russia is violating human rights regularly. Opposants to the regime are put in jail, when not murdered. Government controls medias as they own most of them. Homosexuality is taught as unnatural and almost evil, and people showing their homosexuality, even if just holding hands, can be sent to jail as well. I'm not saying they are THE devil, but they certainly greatly participating in why this world is fucked up.
