Is there a script, or a mod, that allows me to JUST honk my horn in a police car? I like to honk my horn, and i kind of hate sirens going on when i don't want them to.

That's actually an air horn, I think he's looking for a regular horn sound.

 

You could modify your horns.ivaud file and switch the air horn with a regular horn sound if you don't mind not having the air horn. As for scripts I'm not sure, never really seen one out there.

Ooo ok well then yea I guess the only way would be to edit the ivaud file!

A script could be made to play a horn sound (bound to a different button), but MP players would not hear your regular horn.

Just go in pause menu > control settings & change the key for car horn to another 1 eg, TAB, so that it won't overlay with the ELS one & you'll be able to honk freely.
