  1. It's okay I guess. It depends how much you care about graphics. One thing I'm going to tell you though is you'll need more than four cores. You'll need 8 at least. Otherwise you'll most likely get some lag. I recommend using Windows 7 Home Premium instead, but then again I have good taste :). I've never even heard of the brand Sapphire. Sounds like a small knockoff company. I personally recommend Nvidia. I have a Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070 which works wonderfully. Some people recommend AMD, but if you want better performance for the price Nvidia is the way to go. I also don't recommend an AMD processor for the same reason. Usually Intel is the best way to go. I have an Intel I7 6700K, but that's pretty top of the line stuff. You might not want to pay that much. I'm not sure what your budget is. Also if you take my suggestions you might want a better power supply. Now would you be willing to custom build? That would be a lot cheaper, and you could get the exact setup you want.
  2. Oh I see what you're saying. In that case I recommend Police Smart Radio's pit request feature.
  3. I recomend using LSPDFR+ and setting the AI to safe mode. They'll be a bit more tame. Then you can do the pits yourself.
  4. Well the video shows them using a manual. It's not really like a one siren thing. If you were to order a Federal Signal Smart Siren 2000 Series B (what the NYPD uses) you don't have an option to only have a wail or yelp. So the Go-4's have manual, air horn, wail, yelp, priority, and hilo.
  5. Last person didn't say, "My hill.". Therefore the hill is unclaimed and I claim it. My hill.
  6. It must be NYPD! I would bet anything it's NYPD!
  7. You're saying ALT TAB doesn't work? It may be due to the fact you are in the RAGE console.
  8. So I'm going to give you some advice. I have no idea how well you know computers so I'll go lowest common denominator and talk like you've never used one before. There's a thing called ALT TAB. Try it out sometime. That way you don't have to restart your PC, and you can just have OpenIV open, and you can just check it there. Also I recommend a mod (I can't find it right now) that adds RDE vehicles to the trainer spawn list.
  9. It was resolved a couple months ago. Scripthook was involved as the dev for it is part of the OpenIV team. They will be releasing updates to both. T2 basically backed down after the petition and review bombing. It's just taking Scripthook a little while to update. It generally takes from a few days to a few weeks, but I know where you're coming from. Each day it doesn't it gets a little more nail-biting.

  11. Define, "don't work anymore". Does it crash your game? Do they not appear in game? Once I know I will most likely be able to help.
  12. @CHR1570PH3R Sure I could help. I'll have to wait until Scripthook is updated, but I'd love to help.
  13. @BeastlyGaming Okay so, let me get this straight. It is, "rude" to give a bad review on something that deserves it? What am I supposed to say, "5 STARS KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK!!!!"? If a texture's bad I'll say it's bad. I get you're going to update it, but still. To, "improve" it you would have to completely redo it in my opinion. Also who says you're going to update that? I see no contract forcing you to. I have no reason to assume you won't, but ya never know. Yep. Those were going to be my words almost exactly. If you don't like your feedback you're doing something wrong and maybe LISTEN TO YOUR FEEDBACK.
  14. I sure do. Here's a couple links (yes this is my YT no this is not an ad): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LXYHQRG7Qtc (Look for the Tahoe not the green lighted POV at the beginning) That would be Caledonia Ambulance Service's 1261 or EMS officer. She's a certified paramedic hence the flycar. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=891qcCi_1mE&t=142s Here you have the Tahoe for Caledonia again. Another example is the white Jeep (Medic 70 Avon Ambulance Service) that arrives on scene. The name says it all. It's crewed by an ALS medic just doing mutual aid (even though they had a medic on scene it was to assist with CPR). The rest of the vehicles you see responding are the deputy chief and the fire chief for the Fire District. @BeastlyGaming I suggest you take my advice. It's not like it's nonconstructive bashing your files. I told you what I thought was wrong with it not just telling you it was terrible. If you want to improve you have to realize not everything you do is perfect. If you have that attitude then good luck making anything better than rotting garbage.
  15. I now have eye cancer. I'm not sure why, but so many departments with beautiful liveries are changing them to... That. Need I bring up the new Pennsylvania State Police livery?
Don't think they would envy me. Most likely feel sorry for me. -Back stripes are... I'm not sure how to put this. First they bleed over onto the back panel. Second the third one doesn't even match the rest. -"EMT" on top isn't centered. Also the,"T" is cut off. -The star of life is way too big. Also the stuff in the middle is transparent so the yellow bleeds through. -The livery is unrealistic just due to how simple it is. -And finally why would an EMT drive a flycar? Where I'm from our ambulance service (a volunteer ambulance that serves a town of about 4,000 people) we have a flycar for the on-duty paramedic. This is because they can arrive on-scene and treat the patient before the ambulance arrives. An EMT mainly (at least where I'm from) assists the paramedic. As as a skin maker you have potential, but you need to take your time. You can't rush these. You should be spending at least a couple hours to do these not a few minutes,
  16. Yeah, I don't think that's Grover anymore. I can't really help you from here on out as my knowledge of air horns is little to none. Good luck. I would recommend looking up different air horns and trying to find videos of them on YT.
  17. Yeah the sounds would help.
  18. Looks like Grover based off what I've seen on Google Images. Now granted I am no expert on air horns (in other words I have no clue what the hell I'm saying), but it checks out on Google.
  19. Anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks. It doesn't look like R* were viscous on this update as RAGE updated really quickly. So I'd give it a few days. Just be patient.
  20. Good idea. How many people are going to ask for support because they replaced plates in vehshare? Lol.
  21. Yeah no problem. A correct answer is a correct answer no matter how much time it takes :).
  22. I think you may be right. Any idea when the 640 was made? If it was around the early to mid 2000's then they probably took it off the old 301 which was most likely a 05 Vic. Now back in 2010/2011 301 was redone. It had a new livery, but that does make me wonder if they just replaced it.
  23. Thanks link you more later. If I can find any... It's unlikely I'll find more, so this might be it. SUV Responding Code 3 With A Little Rumbler.MOV
  24. I'm not sure if it's a howler or rumbler. From what I understand howlers can be fitted to any Whelen siren. I just don't think it's very common. Not sure never had to install any siren equipment.
