I do. I have at least one more, but I'm not sure the siren is used in that. It's a small town so the only time I catch them rolling code is for fire calls, and burglaries. They don't roll code for EMS calls except for the chief. He rolls code for foot injuries... Most likely because he knows the patient and can't get in trouble... I'm not kidding. Now that my rant about my PD is over I have heard them use either a howler or rumbler. I'll link you them in a few after I find them.

Now this I agree on. What I want with gun regulations is to take these guns away from the criminals with bad intentions. I don't want to take your guns away. If you're in fear of these criminals with guns than the system has failed (shocker I know). That's what I want gun regulations for. Now with taking guns away from these criminals would take your guns away as well. However with guns only obtainable via the black market crime involving guns would be much less of an issue. That's just my perspective.

Yes, but you can't kill someone with a seat belt if you were to snap. But you're bearing arms to counter other people bearing arms. And this is why I want gun restrictions. You shouldn't have to counter people exercising their "rights".

I see what you're saying. I really do. But here's my issue with that. You may not be a man who's prepared to, or planning on killing someone. But you have to think about the masses.

So you're saying you don't need a gun, but you want to carry a highly effective deadly weapon just for fun? It's not a damn Gucci purse you wear as a fashion item it's a weapon that if you carry it you're prepared to use it on whatever you want to use it on.

First off let me say: Oh God Scalia... Anyway. Do note. I never said anything about banning firearms outright. Don't put words in my mouth here. How about you read my post above. What I want to restrict is where we can have guns. There is absolutely no reason for you to even carry a hand gun in civilized society. You and every other American needs to think to themselves, "What are the odds I'm going to somehow accidentally run into a crime? What are the odds someone is going to come into my home either trying to murder me or take my stuff?". The last part of the amendment I'll have to look into. For some reason it's impossible to find direct quotes from the second amendment. I'll get back to you once I educate myself on the topic.

Here's the thing I love. You're not seeing the full picture. I'm going to directly quote the amendment, "A well regulate militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to bear and keep arms, shall not be infringed." You do realize this gives you the right to bear arms, in a well regulated militia. You need to read the full sentence. You have no right to bear arms outside the organized militia. This was made when we didn't have a full army, and were fearful of the British coming back. You can't take a quote out of context. For example New York Penal Code 250.65. This penal code is showing that you don't have to ID yourself to an officer unless lawfully detained. Now if it says, "You must ID yourself to an officer of the law when being lawfully detained...". If you took that out of context you now have, "You must ID yourself to an officer of the law...". And I don't think you see many officers quoting that yet that's exactly what you're doing with the second amendment. Now have fun butchering your own prized laws, and shouting your American rights while waving the Confederate flag.

And who said the American people were intelligent? I am American and I would like to think I'm smarter than the average (I'm sure you would as well). Also I don't really want an outright ban either. For sport, and collection in my opinion guns are perfectly fine. However for open carry and concealed carry... *sigh. Here's what I think we should do and is most likely the safest: All guns (yes including Uzis, Barrett 50 Cals, and M4A1s) should be legal on a range or in a collection. However if they were to be found off your property or the shooting range you would be fined and the weapon confiscated. For transportation from your property to the range the guns need to be unloaded, and in a sealed container. And I await your rant about your, "right to bear arms"...

Okay, but how many times has that happened? You're pointing out things that happen very, very rarely. That is nowhere near enough reason to justify legalizing fully automatic weapons, or 50 cal shit. And so help me God if the next words out of your mouth are, "That's enough times..."

But here's what I'm saying: Do people really drive an hour or so just to rob a liquor store? Probably not. What I'm saying is maybe a few people if that want to rob a liquor store or break into someone's house. Now sure it's possible for someone to go out of town for crime, but it's unlikely.

I've heard this argument before. Look I used to live in a town with all of 3,000 people. Literally everyone owned a gun or in most cases several. Now I highly doubt these 40 year old plus farmers are interested in shooting people. It's not the guns that were preventing crime. It was the people themselves.

Thank God. Finally someone who realizes that guns cause violence. I don't care what these other people pull out of their ass the basic fact is if you limit weapons in a society the less crime (involving weapons) you'll have. Giving teachers guns (for an example) won't stop school shooters. In fact it will cause more school shootings.

So I might know what's wrong. I think it's due to the fact you deleted the files except for the first and left in the livery flag. So either take off the flag or export the livery and start replacing.

I agree and disagree with you. Granted if it's unfinished then don't release it. But at the same time someone will enjoy it. I also agree it shouldn't get to the point of greed. But if you remember that '03 Tahoe wanting that to be released isn't being greedy. I mainly say this as we have nothing else like it. Same thing with the '03 Impalas. And much frustration from the community is all due to one selfish man who doesn't want people to have fun.

Because mods are meant to be for everyone. Keeping mods private kills the community. Honestly people need to stop caring about credit, and just release everything they make (this includes dev parts). Modding is supposed to be fun, but exclusivity literally kills fun. What is the point of keeping it private? Why not make people happy?

So you want to go to update/update.rpf/x64/eup or sup. Within those there are some sub folders. I recommend browsing through them and see what you want to change.
