Every time I hear a pro-gun argument that boils down to "well, criminals won't follow the law so why have the law?", I want to scream. Anyone who makes that argument really should be thrown in a padded room. Bull. This was such a quick and brutal attack that by the time anyone nearby could have intervened the victim would have been dead anyways.

That, right there, is why the idea of "More guns! MORE!" that the NRA and other pro-gun advocates spew any time the opportunity arises is nothing close to a good idea. We already have enough accidental shootings with the amount of guns we have now.

Considering it's a worldwide organization that these people belong to, one that has shown numerous times that it can pose a threat to the entire civilized world, I think it needs to be know. Fear and hatred is only bad if it is based on falsehoods and superstition, like the beliefs of these monsters. If someone is a possible lethal threat to you and everyone around you, a little fear and hatred is absolutely justified, and it's naive to think otherwise.

I think something do with the mouse sensitivity settings can help, but I've never run into that problem myself.

Nope. It only works with a vehicle that's in a police slot, and you can only use the database if that slot was in your game by default (e.g. adding police3, 4, and B to a GTA4 install will work for a pull over, but not the database).

I actually hope it means that NPCs will have more in-depth run-ins with the cops.

Last I saw, you'll have a hard time linking to any GPM vehicles. I stand corrected.

OpenIV has a model preview, so if you set the skin to livery one it will show.

"Because of piracy" would be the stupidest reason to cut PC out of the platforms. Yes, people will pirate it (some of those will end up buying it afterwards), but you cut out a lot of purchasers that won't buy it on any other platform, or would buy for both. So, in the end, they hurt themselves more by not releasing a PC version.

Hmm, from the screen it looks like the lights will turn off completely, instead of flashing high-beams or brake lights. Is there a way to do that instead?

It would almost appear that the spotlight on the Sheriff SUV is on, though there isn't a glare around it like other lights. The red car's headlights might just be illuminating it.

Currently, using the "3 key", most times the AI will just shoot the person, though sometimes they'll decide not to. It sounds like the future of LCPDFR holds some improved police AI, so it may be solved in further releases.

It should be, unless you use the "Force Duty" command "CTRL-P". Going to a station and going through those steps usually sets it for you.
