Unless you installed it wrong, it could be an issue with the carvariations file, the one the determines which cars use the pattern. With my paddy wagon I found an issue where some people's games had the carvariations.meta file in a different location to the one I mention in the install file. try editing the carvariations.meta files that are in different dlc's. I don't have the locations of all of them unfortunately so you'll just have to do a bit of looking around

It affects all vehicles, although if the vehicle hasn't been set up for it the lights may flash incorrectly. When you say it doesn't work, what happens? Does it crash your game? do the lights still behave normally? do they not flash bright enough?

Alright sweet. I also just figured out how to keep the environmental lights with out the coronas and without hiding the dummys. No more pesky coronas now

Since I'm pretty lazy and don't want to scroll through 8 pages to see if this has been answered, is it possible to disable the light coronas while keeping the environmental lighting? I'm thinking of making something like a federal vision slr and having a custom sirensetting but I'm not sure how it would look if it still has coronas

settings won't be maxed but highish settings should get you around 30. But you really want to be getting more than 30 fps.,..
