  1. Speaking of vicpol VF's I spent all day updating mine and they're pretty much all set to be released tomorrow. Even managed to chuck on some bluenet equiptment as extras for more fun
  2. Not at the moment but moose had an iload floating around somewhere on his laptop
  3. Not sure wether or not the vicpol s2 cars use those liveries, but if they do, mind if I put that in the mod? either was I totally recommend releasing that, that skin is hard to do right yet that looks really good
  4. A ranger paddy wagon could be arranged, but there wasn't a Colorado paddy wagon going as far as I'm aware. Moose had a Colorado dog truck though. nissan patrol is out of the question at the moment, unless someone wants to fund one, and then find someone who wants to make it.
  5. Unmarked vf is coming, maybe with an fgx too, just gotta get the new flash patterns sorted
  6. @PgUp Like moose said, the lighting in that photo makes them appear a bit brighter than normal, but if you want to change the colour edit the lights.png texture in the ytd file. @BlobbySmutho The sedan taillights on a vf2 is the same as a vf. The only one's that changed are the wagon taillights
  7. I swear to god I will bottle shank the next person to talk smack about us victorians
  8. while I see your point about him pointlessly bragging about something that benefits nobody, I will partially defend that thing about posting photos of something and never releasing it. It's hella fun
  9. At this rate, no unfortunately. it's 90% the same as the default lighting system, the only difference being the actual pattern. So there's only one button that turns all the lights on or off. If I wanted I could put aside 3 sirens as messageboard sirens, although they'd always be flashing whenever the lights are on, and i'd rather they didn't flash at all rather than that.
  10. Here's what I whipped up It's a pretty generic flash pattern that should be able to fit most australian police cars. I'll hopefully be releasing it so anyone can use it on their own models
  11. Preview of my aussie flash patterns sirensetting that I've been working on I'll hopefully be releasing it sometime over the next few days but it's more use for vehicle modders at the moment, rather than the general public. I've tested that my current unmarked models should have the basics working already, but my highway patrol cars (which means moose's too, because he's using my lightbar) aren't optimized for it yet. They'll all be updated eventually as well as all future cars having them. I also think it's a good idea for vehicle modders to use this as opposed to making their own. Because if everyone made their own it would be hell for users to install the models and the correct lighting systems properly.
  12. Probably something to do with the model using only the blue sirens. If it's your own model I suggest using both red and blue sirens, then changing the red colour to blue in the carcols
  13. light falloff value or something. one of the posts on the first page mentions it
  14. It's the file that tells ELS what the light setup of the car is. Where the Environmental lights should flash, what flash patterns work, headlight/taillight flashers, arrow boards ect. It's not needed, you can use the default ones included in ELS, but if it's been included with the model it means it's probably been tailored for that specific model to enhance the feel/realism. I haven't played LCPDFR in over a year but I'm pretty sure it just goes in a folder in your main directory, and then you link it up in the els config file. It should be in the els manual or the installation instructions for the model.
  15. That issue normally first shows up in whatever program you use for the bulk of the modelling (blender, 3ds Max) it's usually easier to fix in there because zmodeler is terrible at anything except texturing and converting
  16. Select them all and use the flip tool. @AussieGaming it's zmodeler, the program used to make cars compatible with gta 5
  17. Sort of. But the RFS is all volunteer and the FRNSW is spread out across the whole state. Down here the CFA have both volunteer and paid firefighters who control are everywhere except inner Melbourne. The MFB only stays in Melbourne and surrounding suburbs
  18. So far we've lost the emergency services minister and the entire volunteer board, who got sacked because they didn't agree with daniel Andrews. at least the latest news is that the court ordered that it has to go through the court system to deem weather or not it's legal
  19. Oh god don't get me started on the fire brigades down here. The MFB Union is trying to take over the CFA and it's all a huge shambles at the moment
  20. I scrapped it because I wasn't happy with it. May or may not have another go one day
