There already are a few vehicles with arjents. -
Looks good, but you should make the "Blaine Co" lean the same direction as the "Sheriff" font. -

1986/87 is when the LAPD started getting computers. Wasn't too common, but they were out there. Early 90s it was pretty common. -
I won't use car mods until we get some really good stuff. I'm content with defaults or Lundy's Polara pack for now. -
You should do these for defaults (Lt.Caine's and MattJeter's) too :D

If you're going for a "California" highway patrol car, you should look at some pictures for reference. Only the driver and passenger front doors are white as well as the roof. They also don't use the chevrons on the rear bumper either. -
To my knowledge, multiplayer for IV is no longer supported because GFWL no longer exists.
