  1. I know that I saw one somewhere, may have been on either GPM or another modding site. I'll see if I can get a link. EDIT: http://www.lcpdfr.com/cops/forum/index.php/topic/1707-skins-stuff-made-by-me/ I never think to look in the LCPDFR forums. Might have to ask xGessx for more info.
  2. You plan on making any more skins?
  3. Upload it to LCPDFR or GPM? Any part that belongs to you.
  4. Looking good, my friend
  5. If it wasn't in closed beta I would.
  6. To add to Storm's post, Steam can also redownload any files that might be corrupted in GTA IV, so if you add a mod and forget to backup you can fix your game.
  7. I don't use the mobile radio in SNT because the keys to change a song are ALWAYS B and N. For me, that doesn't work because in order to reject a call out I have to press N and then my music changes. And if I call for backup, it changes again. So I enabled the car to use the radio using what I said previously and just reassigned my hotkeys.
  8. Oh crap trainertbogt (both files) and trainertlad (both files) go into the EFLC root folder, my bad sorry. trainer.asi and trainer.ini go into GTA's root folder. Notice the readme file
  9. Then yeah trainer.ini and trainer.asi go into the root folder of GTA. Unless you don't want it for GTA.
  10. trainer.ini and trainer.asi goes into the directory for the standard GTA IV. If you only have EFLC this is not necessary.
  11. remember to set keybindingsdisabled = 1 in the config files.
  12. One is the .asi and one is the .ini config file. You need both. TBoGT goes in TBoGT folder, and TLAD goes in TLAD folder.
  13. http://www.gtagaming...cript-mods/2115 edit: added a link to my last post, you probably didn't see it in time.
  14. Download the newest version of SNT (link). I haven't had that problem.
  15. I'm not sure why Alt+i spawns something. Disable ELS by editing the ELS.ini file in your root GTA folder and setting Ai_ELS_SP = 0. Mod the first two cars by going to ...\EFLC\pc\models\cdimages
  16. Go through the how-to I posted in the GTA series discussion if you want to listen to the radio in a cop car. Note that the engine sound will change as well.
  17. I meant that the car mod may have possibly been messed up. GTA has been known to... not load... sometimes so just try again like you said and if that doesn't work swap out the car.
  18. Try a different car mod.
  19. In TBoGT, yeah. EDIT: You're in the 0.95 testing group, you should be able to edit your posts whenever...... I think.
  20. You're welcome.
  21. Any vehicle file can be renamed and used to replace another vehicle. Let's say you downloaded a car and it says fbi.wtd and fbi.wft but you want them for police3. Just rename the fbi part to police3.
  22. Just rename the car files to police3.wtd etc. edit: assuming you downloaded a car and want to use it in EFLC?
  23. They'd be under ...\EFLC\TBOGT\PC\models\cdimages\vehicles.img if you're looking for EFLC cars , specifically TBoGT ones.
