You need to make sure that the police bike is ELS enabled (if it is the stock bike from EFLC it WILL NOT work with ELS). If the bike is indeed ELS enabled, keep reading, If not it will not work. If you REPLACED a car in order to use the police bike, make sure that the car name is enabled for ELS. EXAMPLE: Let's say you replaced the faggio to be a police bike. In the ELS.ini file, make an entry like this: [ FAGGIO ] Active = 1 Halogen_Only = 0 Color_Light1L = 1 Color_Light2L = 0 Color_Light3R = 1 Color_Light4R = 0 Color_Light7L = 1 Color_Light8C = 0 Color_Light9R = 0 Offst_SLights = 0 If you did not replace a vehicle, and you have EFLC and you just replaced the police bike, make sure that it looks like this: [ POLICEB ] Active = 1 Halogen_Only = 0 Color_Light1L = 1 Color_Light2L = 0 Color_Light3R = 1 Color_Light4R = 0 Color_Light7L = 1 Color_Light8C = 0 Color_Light9R = 0 Offst_SLights = 0 IF YOU USE ELS V5, make sure that the settings look like this THIS instead: Active = 1 Color_Light1L = 0 Color_Light2L = 0 Color_Light3R = 0 Color_Light4R = 0 Offst_SLights = 3 If you made your own vehicle entry, make sure the item in [ brackets ] is the name you gave the car when you made it. Do not use the in-game name for ELS entries, such as Police Cruiser or Police Patrol. That will not work.

I agree with Break. I have done this for both GTA IV and EFLC. It has never let me down.

If you use 0.91, no you can't link your account. You can download save games on sites such as: www.gta4-mods.com www.gtainside.com/ or www.gtagaming.com/downloads There are others out there. Google is your best friend. Note that you will need Xlive.dll, which most save games will come with. This will then move save game files to C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\savegames

Reinstall 0.91 again and make sure you select just dsound.dll. It should definitely detect your ASI loader. Having the game on steam does not matter. EDIT: 10-15 custom cars could also be the problem. Especially if any police cars are modded.

Reinstall the mod anyways. It should detect your ASI loader without problem, I have GTA IV on Steam as well. Like Olanov said, copy the diagnostic log so we can see. EDIT: Also, read the GET SUPPORT page... Make sure you have .NET framework and C++.

Well, you could easily use it to set how many gang members (and, yes, rival gang members) appear in each area.

On a sort of related note, this also can also be edited if you want to reduce or increase how many peds of a specific type you want lurking around various cities in LC.
