Do you mean the laptop screen that calls for backup / runs a suspects name? That is built in to 0.95. If you are referring to the one inside his car, that most likely came with the car.

Note that with most every variation of ENB settings, bloom render sometimes had to be turned off due to excessive brightness.

That would be a bug, it's not something that is supposed to happen. Just seemed like you spoke about it as if it was implemented.

The timecyc mod does mess with ELS lights a little, though. If you like how they look with Radiance mod, the realistic timecyc mod might not be for you (since it replaces the files used for the Radiance mod).

Nothing ever goes on in the Steam group though :unsure:

Mostly it all depends on the user. I love to have a lot of flashing lights on my vehicles (although I only keep one vehicle modded now) so Radiance mod + ELS is a great combo for me.

Well it seemed to me like it chewed up a couple frames per second but nothing much.

It is a data file mod, you replace timecyc.dat and visualsettings.dat.

Does this interfere with how the ELS lights look with the Radiance mod? EDIT: Yea never mind.

In regards to signature editing, I tried placing two lines of text plus the beta support box. It said I had over 5 lines of text, which I did not. Also, upon switching to editor mode and then back again, it added 4 line breaks between every line of text... EDIT: Also, the "About Me" page can't be editied. I click edit profile, then edit about me page, and it just sends me to the top of the page. Fixed! Thanks for all the work you guys do.

Run the installer as an administrator. Make sure you download this and this. Also, make sure you have ONLY dsound.dll checked when you install the mod, not xliveless. Also, make sure that the game is also run as an administrator. If it still doesn't work, download the diagnostic tool and post a diagnostic log.

You need Games for Windows Live, not social club.

Like others have said, use Y or N to reason with him when you are in range. In terms of the swarming police vehicles, you only have 3GB of RAM. The game might start duplicating vehicles due to a low amount of RAM, especially once a cop car is forcefully created. It could also be the .NET scripthook you have, try reinstalling the mod with all the recommended items and removing any other mods you may have. There should be no reason that LCPD:FR does not work with the default scripthook. Also, don't link your account when you install the mod.

The CD should work right out of the box without anything having to be done. Nothing else has to be done for EFLC that you have done for GTA IV original, in terms of .NET framework and C++ (for LCPDFR).

Yes he did, he has a legit copy of GTA. Try running the game as an administrator (right click-->run as admin). That really shouldn't be necessary if you are on a clean install though. You have no mods at all, right?
