You can get the street and zone names with this: World.GetStreetName(Player.Character.Position); World.GetZoneName(Player.Character.Position); You could use the zone name one to determine what island the player is on.

I can see this being possible using the in-game scrolling signs, then you would be only limited by the size of the sign, I just can't find them in the game's files for reference.
