Of course it does, ELS rapidly spawns and deletes the extras of a car, it is like asking your browser to load 30 tabs and then close them EVERY second. It stresses out even the high end computers, but they can often handle it. Nothing is 100% crash proof, especially in this poorly ported game! Then SNT is not the one spawning them. I can't think why any of the other ones listed would do it.

If they were spawned with SNT, which is likely, open the objects menu and at the bottom right there should be an option to delete last x objects.
