GTA IV goes from 1.0.0.0 to 1.0.7.0 EFLC goes from 1.1.0.0 to 1.1.2.0 You can't mix patches from different games. Do you have ENB or iCE or any other graphics mods?

My only criticism is that the flags are backwards, they are meant to trail towards the rear of a vehicle. Not your fault though, I think the MTA one is the same.

Nope, all of my police vehicles are moded except the NoosE helicopter and the stockades. I just copy and paste the file I am about to mod and rename it like this: vehicles.img vehicles.img.BAK I have learnt my lesson the first time I had to reinstall.
