You could try their diagnostic tool, they also have a tool to bypass it somewhere on their site.

There are two downloads, the manual install version and the exe installer. If you download the exe just run it and follow the instructions displayed, if you download the archive(.zip in this case) just move/copy/extract the contents to your scripts folder.

Can you post your ScriptHookDotNet.log and IVDashCam.log if it exists. They should be in the same folder as LaunchGTAIV.exe.

After the many times I have been disappointed by games ruined by the publisher, I have learned to expect a crap game and not be disappointed, even if they have good publishers. But if they make a good game, I am then pleasantly surprised and it restores some faith that not all games will be ruined by their money hungry(EA: Pure evil, Activision: F***ing c***s) publishers.

Do you have it on steam? The installer guesses the location using registry keys and defaults to GTA IV if not found.

@crsmedic30: It is the last line of the .ini, measured in meters per second. @Harper: Do you mean "Unknown Method" for the files in the folder? That is a known issue with WinRar. I am not sure why it does it but make sure you have the latest version and if not, complain to the developers and switch to a archive manager that actually works [hint]7zip[/hint].

As Justin said it just creates a omni directional light, to make it create a directional beam you need to add a 3d model, I have got it working in another script.

This one uses the vehOff.csv file, is that the one you mean?

Sorry, I thought you were importing an edited ped, the issue you described sounds exactly the same as the one I had when importing.
