I recommend DKT70's road textures/Algonquin city makeover/trees mod.He's quite a pro at things like these.

How much recordings could they cram,in the first place? If you think logically,they have to think about keeping the size of the game down as much as possible while providing decent quality audio.Add to it the demand of your variety and it actually becomes impossible to achieve it. Moral- We should think from their side also.Just demanding things,illogically,makes us a dumb consumer.

Seems like you haven't uninstalled PPM properly.Go to C:Users*YOUR_USERNAME_HERE*DocumentsRockstar GamesGTA IVUser Music and delete the old files installed by PPM mod.I'm hoping this will solve your problem.

Well,that Charger seems interesting.Those are the same rims which I first spotted on Stiopa's non-ELS Tahoe and later on Cj24's unmarked ELS Tahoe (which was the same,anyway). I see its gfxle's creation,so I highly doubt of it being unlocked.I've seen that Charger before,though.

CP,all operations with 0.6 were being done on my EFLC till now.I just installed 0.5 on my long untouched IV,and the results were as expected.I could see policeb,police3,police4 in-game. Sorry to say but somethings messing up 0.6 :confused:
