NYPD Has black clothes... Just a tip

Unless that I am blind or you think dark blue mean black, most NYPD has blue clothing, I mean that I see them everyday, except the Lieutenants...

Looks good in my opinion. I'd use it as a bike skin... if I would know how to change the handling when I replace a cop car into a bike-.-

I don't think that's a NYPD uniform.. at least.. not the issued patrol uniform (not including traffic or other branches)
