You gotta open els.ini and check if TBoGT vehicles have Active=1 written underneath their slots.

The its either your HDD or windows problem.Because if your game's working fine with those files,I can't guess whats the problem with them.The software might got corrupt,too.Reinstall the software and see if it works.If not,then its a 90% chance that its either your HDD problem or windows one.I can't think of any other reason.

OpenIV,though being one helluva modding tool,is less used because-as a general modder myself- I'd like it to: not check everytime for updates and threaten me in the face that it will shut itself down if not updated.Stucks you in an endless loop. install my mods in EFLC,as well,which it doesnt support at all.I always just have to transfer each and every wtd I desire to mod to GTA:IV's directory,mod it and then take it back to EFLC's directory. be fast and not just waste my 4 -5 seconds in starting.Its not photoshop or 3DSMax,you see.It should learn something from Spark. Again,be fast.Spark is way faster in terms of rebuilding the archive. offer simple and user friendly features like Spark.I've not even myself observed and discovered each and every aspect of OpenIV till date. Other reason I can think of it being not as popular because newbs think of it as a "modders" tool and try and stay away from it. People mention Spark in most of their posts and threads,so you know,Spark's....er...publicity is maintained by most of us.OpenIV...you won't see it mentioned in even 85% of the posts on this site.Maybe even more than 85.

You're not getting it. Its not practical what you're thinking- to just ask a modder if you could get his model and put something on it- not practical,at ALL. First off,gfxle doesn't even allow everyone to message him. Second,if you succeed in even messaging him,there's no guarantee he'll be replying. Third,even if he does,there's 90% chance of him being not very impressed with your idea.I'm in constant contact with him for a long time,so I know he likes to stick as much close to reality AND his own will to create things. Fourth,if you'll make a request,there's a very tiny bit of chance that he would agree to do it for you.That,again,I know because I know him and we're in contact much often.

You can't because: First,they (models) are locked. Second,it isn't as easy as it seems.

OpenIV is better,IMO.But it works only for GTA:IV for me.Every fu**in' time I gotta paste my desired wtd in GTA:IV's directory,open it with OpenIV and transfer it back to EFLC.
