  1. You should add a video of your siren so people have an idea of what they're downloading before they do
  2. It's ok there is no rush I appreciate you trying a Code 3 Z3 it's my department's siren I have my own but it sounds digitalized so I always like to see what people come up with
  3. The wail's loop doesn't sound too perfect but the rest sound okay. I give you credit for giving it a shot. We need more Z3 sirens.
  4. The wail is a bit difficult to notice, but it just isn't looped perfectly. When it hits the end, and then starts again, I can hear the discrepancy. You're welcome. My intentions are not to discourage you from continuing working on unique things like this. I like to encourage perfection when I think it's possible. Thank you for listening to my feedback.
  5. The wail and the yelp aren't looped so good. You can hear at the end of their tone where it cuts off just a bit. The rest of the tones sound fine. I think the siren is overall unique and it's nice to see new things on this website than the same things time to time.
  6. Of course, you're welcome. Just trying to help.
  7. I made a Code 3 Z3 before with a friend of mine, but I don't feel like it's "up there" in superb quality and I don't feel like it's worth posting publicly yet. Though, it definitely doesn't have looping problems. This Code 3 Z3 has some looping problems. Other than that, I can understand why the siren sounds "digitalized." It's because there's no air present and it's not emitting from a speaker so it doesn't make that lifelike sound. My Z3 has the same issue. Through means of tinkering around with Audacity, I was able to get close to that sound effect, but in my opinion, it didn't sound great enough to release it, and I had to spend a ton of more time getting the loop to work again and that's just a pain I don't feel like working with. I'm happy with my siren though that I have. I know that stuff doesn't have to be superb at all to post here, but it's just my personal standards I set for myself.
  8. Yeah, I have to be honest, none of this makes any sense. I understand the security you decided to utilize, and it is good thinking that a president would require a lot of security. A president does require a lot of security, but in the United States of America, the president gets his protection from the local police department or state police of that state, and primarily from the U.S. Secret Service. The Secret Service does all of the work as far as personally protecting the president. The military would never get involved like this and neither would the fire department or E.M.S. The only time you'll probably see E.M.S. is at the back of the motorcade or somewhere around. There'll only be one ambulance for the president as that ambulance contains the president's blood type and slightly more advanced equipment capable of aiding the president. I also feel like the amount of U.S. flags around the area is too much. The scene doesn't have to look utterly busy to be great, it just has to be realistic. After all, you do want quality over quantity. Or a bit of both. It varies on the situation. However, I suppose put you put some sort of effort and thought into it. Just not with the realism aspect. You'll get better eventually.
  9. Well, I recommended the Code-3 Z3 because that's the siren my department uses, but I suppose you can work something out with that someday. A siren I could recommend you to make is the Code-3 V-Con.
  10. Huh, that's interesting.. There could be a problem with the file itself maybe or it could just be an Audacity problem. I'm not sure if the files will work with Sony Vegas because that's what I have. I also have Audacity but I use Vegas more often.
  11. Maybe try and convert it to a .mp3 if that doesn't work. Then when finished, you could probably convert it back to a .wav
  12. You're welcome. I was amazed by this siren because it's the only SVP SS siren that actually sounds like the real thing in GTA V that I know of. Because of your amazing work, I think it would be cool if you took a shot at making the Code 3 Z3, since no one has actually made one for GTA V before.
  13. Do you think you'd be able to publish a YouTube video to demonstrate what this mod does?
  14. Well, I'm asking you, because you're the one who made it...
  15. I'm just wondering, but why would the LSFD supervisor want to remain discrete? If it were police, I'd understand, but this is FD, they don't need to be discrete.
  16. The PSP patch on the left and right doors are too big and wide, incorrect font for car numbers, incorrect chevron, incorrect color for the golden stripe, incorrect font on the gray FPIU, patch is too wide on the gray FPIU, stripe on the white FPIU has to be right on that line, and incorrect rear chevron sizing on the gray car. However, despite my constructive criticism, I believe you did a fine job, considering the fact that you at least got it exceptionally close to the real thing. Props to you for getting it at least close to where I can identify it as PSP. You also did a great job on the gray car better than the white ones, you got that pretty close. However, please heed my constructive criticism, as I have pointed these errors out in an effort to aid you in bettering your skins, because I have faith that you can do a lot better. With this in consideration, thank you for making the effort, I can tell you tried hard at lest, and have a nice day. If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to reply back.
  17. I agree with you. A lot of people when they see bad decals and whatnot, they approach it very rudely and give criticism, but they aren't trying to help or better the person like you are. So I give props to you for approaching it the right way.
  18. "POLICE" should be bigger as seen in the real images. On the cars, it's too small. You got it right on the Crown Victoria, but not the 2014 Charger, same with the 2015 Charger. "POLICE" on the side should be bigger. Other than that, this seems like a good skin pack.
  19. Thank you, good luck on your future skins, just trying to help you out bro.
  20. I think the license plate on the rear of the FPIU (Ford Police Interceptor Utility) needs to be properly positioned or resized, as the "6" is edging off. It just doesn't look proper. Other than that, nice looking vehicles.
