  1. No police transporter? I assume you didn't do it because it uses a rotator light bar, which is a shame. Though, I haven't downloaded the pack myself as I'm more for real life vehicles, I can imagine it took you awhile to formulate this pack so I respect that and appreciate you taking the time to incorporate lore friendly vehicles for others who cater to that.
  2. I'd like to see a video of this before I download it so I know what I'm going to possibly download. Edit: Since it has a video now, this comment is null and void.
  3. Well, my ELS problems have been fixed thanks to restarting my PC.
  4. Oh, okay. Thank you. I might not want to do that yet. That's too hefty of a task for me. I also don't have an external drive.
  5. Excuse me, I have a question. I also am having the same issue. But I tried the uninstalling the ASI loaders and it didn't work for me. So I saw this suggestion: Solution 1.(How I fixed it the issue) What i did was, i took my file put it in my external hard drive, after that... i deleted the one off my main drive, then i took the one from my external drive that i moved too and moved it back to the main drive, after that. I went in game and BOOM!!! it worked. But I want to ask you, what exactly do you mean by "file." Which file? The ELS files? I'm going to try the graphics suggestion.

    - DO NOT DISTRIBUTE AND/OR EDIT THIS FILE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION - Credit goes to Bxbugs123 for the model: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8952-2014-chevrolet-impala-lspdlssd/ 16 Jan 17 Greetings. I am Komo, I originally created an Allentown police Chevrolet Impala decal and it didn't come out too well. I have now come forth with a remastered version of this decal, learning from my prior mistakes. That being said, it is finally here. They have been finished for a few months now as well as a lot more of the Allentown police fleet and other Allentown emergency vehicles. Do expect those but not sooner. The installation for this decal is straightforward. Batch one and two can be used for any file your impala is in. (Police, Police2, Police3, etc.) Batch two doesn't have all slots full, so you're able to improvise to your liking, you could combine batch one if you'd like. If you have two police slots with an impala, you can use batch one for one of the impalas and batch two for the second impala. Installation Instructions: 1. Using OpenIV, navigate to your "Mods" folder in the GTA V Directory. 2. Go into Update/X64/dlcpacks 3. From here, go into any of the patchdays that your impala would be located inside of. Make sure to navigate to the Vehicles.RPF 4. When you enter the vehicles.RPF, make sure to look for the file that the impala is in, (police, police2, police3, etc.) 5. Hit "Edit" on OpenIV. 6. Make sure to double click on the .ytd file of the impala and look for "impa14_sign_1" through 8, and replace the file with the matching texture names in my batches. I apologize if my instructions were not clear enough, I did not include how to exactly get into the vehicles.rpf as many of you would have it located in different spots, so this is to avoid confusion. Credits have been given in the beginning of the readme.

    Allentown, P.A. (Outdated)

Yes, I created all of these decals. 12/9/2020 Edit: These decals are pretty outdated. A lot of this stuff's old and doesn't represent my current works.
