Another laptop question, sorry
Yeah. As most people say, purchasing a Laptop is pretty much pointless. You're going to end up wasting tons of money, if you are wanting to be able to run games even at an 'alright' quality. Even computers which are quite expensive are pretty much pointless, it won't take long at all before the next version of the Laptop you have comes out, and then the next, and so on. Companies that make Laptops make a lot of money from gamers, because people want small, already built devices, and then they promise that they can run x game but in reality they can barely run year old games. I say this a lot, but if you are wanting a Computer to play games as you are part of the glorious PC Master Race, then it's best to invest, find room for a computer desk, build up a god-like computer. Then you don't have to buy a Laptop every few years due to the obvious performance issue, with desktops, it's upgrading when needed, which isn't that often.

Gta5 mod download and computer help
I've moved your topic, as from what it seems, you're asking questions in regard to your computer running LSPDFR. That being said, the modification doesn't really have any effect on the visual performance of the game. It's a script file which basically works similar to how a mission addon would. That means you are going to need to look at computers, which at-least have Grand Theft Auto's minimum requirements - I will post them below. As long as you have a computer that meets that you should be alright at running that game, at a somewhat decent quality without frame-loss. Requirements: Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs) / AMD Phenom 9850 Quad-Core Processor (4 CPUs) @ 2.5GHz. Memory: 4GB. Video Card: NVIDIA 9800 GT 1GB / AMD HD 4870 1GB (DX 10, 10.1, *11) Sound Card: 100% DirectX 10 compatible. HDD Space: 65GB. DVD Drive.

Oblivious robber threatens cabbie with gun in front of police car
I guess this could be considered good, criminals are so idiotic they just start committing crimes in front of cops. Always something good to come from the degeneracy of Criminals.

What are good computer spects for LSPDFR?
I don't really think the processor really makes any difference in this case. It's more of the Graphics Card. If you don't have a decent one, your game will have to look extremely nasty, and would still likely result in major frame loss. Then it presents the problem, a decent graphics card is far too large to fit in a Laptop, it basically becomes close to impossible to get a Laptop playing games really well.

What are good computer spects for LSPDFR?
Yes. As the person above says. What's the budget you have or will consider. If you are going to build a proper Gaming Desktop then you are going to want to invest, maybe purchase the higher end graphics cards and processors so then you are set to play games at pretty good quality for the next few years. In the long run you are going to save more money if you trick it out really well as you won't need to be constantly looking at the specs and purchasing this that and the other just to boost your performance slightly.

What should I upgrade?
Yes as Hystery says, you're not going to fix much inside of an Acer Aspire, you would struggle finding space for a GT705 nevermind the GTX970. The Graphics Card suggested above, the GTX970 is absolutely massive, I'll post the size here, but it wouldn't fit in a medium size computer case, nevermind a Laptop. The Size for that Graphics Card is this though: 129 (W) x 43 (H) x 310 (L) mm. With a Laptop, you are going to encounter problem after problem. If you are someone who is wanting to get into Gaming on PC's then I suggest you save up, plan and purchase and build you own one. If you buy a prebuilt one, like me you are going to eventually replace everything soon anyway, meaning you've wasted money.

un-marked Crown Vic
There are quite a few unmarked Crown Victoria's already made for Grand Theft Auto V, what I suggest is that you take a look at the Download Section for one which may have the same assets as what you are looking for, if not you can then return to this topic and post a more accurate request, such as the lighting setup and other things for the Modification, as right now this request is extremely vague. Update Suggestion
This is something which has been suggested and discussed multiple times, and I don't think the Development Team has any plans over ever making such a feature. This is mainly due to the fact, not all people want a ranking system when playing the Modification, they just want to get in the game and play in a less-realistic, more arcade like mode. On-top of that, most callouts are plugins developed by members of the Community, so a ranking modification, would mean that the Development Team would have to write some sort of sophisticated code to have callouts for different ranks. This is all quite a lot of work, for a feature which is not guaranteed to be used much, however I believe I saw something in the gallery recent which is a modification which I gather will be somewhat like you have requested. You'll have to keep your eyes out for that.

Music (?) from Third Watch (superheroes)
I'm not sure of the name of the song, but with Third Watch I have previously used this site: http://www.episodeworld.com/show/Third_Watch/season=all/english/musicguide It provides a description of what was happening during the music playing, however right now the site appears to be having some form of technical issues so isn't working. But once it comes back up I suggest using that to find out.

Good RP Games?
The problem with finding a good roleplay games is how so many games are specified as Roleplay yet are not what you are looking for. Then the ones you are looking for are modifications for older games, or for games which stray so far away from anything like a Roleplay game the modification doesn't provide a realistic or enjoyable enough experience.

Good PC for GTA IV LCPDFR?
Some advice if you are looking at getting a new computer. Build it yourself, I stupidly didn't build mine from scratch and basically at this point in time I've replaced everything with new, better hardware. If you intend on using the computer to play many games, then in the long run a custom computer with a decent graphics card and processor would technically be cheaper, because the components from a prebuilt computer would constantly needed changing to perform with newer games. Also the fact, that when you pre-build it you can look at getting a better graphics card then what a prebuilt computer comes with, thus meaning you get better frames. More Frames = More Bearable to play.

cant not upload any thing why
Right now, you are giving us quite a vague description of what's happening as you go through around three steps to eventually download a file. Could you provide us with more accurate information and maybe a screenshot of the problem you get.

Sign Petition To Have Rockstar Allow Private Modded Servers
Not really. Take-Two Interactive wholly owns Rockstar Games so, Rockstar doesn't send them to do anything, it's more of Take-Two attempting to work in the best interest of the company it owns.

Script hook V error
This seems to be a Scripthook issue. You'll have to use their site to get support with this modification, it looks like it's either an out-of-date Scriphook version or an out-of-date Game version. If you feel this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.

Looking Back: Fort Carson RP
With Fort Carson Roleplay, for me it was the smaller more constant roleplays that made it more enjoyable. Everyday there would be tons of unique roleplay's that players had created/initiated, from your average pursuit to 4 of the 'rednecks' on the server stealing the fire departments utility trailer - then saying that had purchased it from the Fire Chief. It didn't really matter how many players where online, you would always find something to do on the server. It was also that although the server had at times 70 players on, you could check the player list and recognize around 30-40 people who you've either role-played with or spoken to in one of the Public TeamSpeak channels, so for such a significant amount of players - it was still at the same time a small community.

Getting started with modding/scripting
I can't comment on the best place to learn - however you could make use of this forum here: http://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/forum/894-api-development/ It's quite active with Plugin Developers for LSPDFR so you may find tips within topics in that section, especially the featured ones.
