  1. Hello there -- welcome to LCPDFR.com and thanks for trying out LCPDFR! Please do the following: Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks or people using pirated software Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - These patches are needed. Make sure that you run the game as an administrator. Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only" Ensure that AdvancedHook.dll, ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder. Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation. Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself. As said by Starmix, we don't allow the linking or hosting of default Grand Theft Auto files as it would fall under piracy. If you feel this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  5. I very, very rarely get myself involved in Political discussions or discuss tragic events. I accept that people are allowed their opinions, and I encourage that, in some cases though, I feel the need to put out my opinion on certain comments. Now, I think this whole "Refugee's are ruining European Countries" and that they want us gone is completely wrong. Most refugee's really like their country, they are being displaced from the place where they live because of terrorist scum, who feel that murdering people is the right way because how they interpret their Religion. They are fleeing their own country in fear, and people have the guts to say that because they are from a certain part of the world, or a certain skin colour, or the pray to a different kind of god. They have the guts to say they are terrorists. Terrorists are a scumbag-ridden group people who interpret a religion in a certain way, I think we all know the way the interpret it is wrong, so we shouldn't deny refugee's access to safer countries because some narrow-minded people who put someone who is Muslim in the same group as terrorists.
  6. I've already dealt with the previous double-post. You can adjust the title of this back to normal. If you need any files deleting, or anything on those lines, use the report feature please.

  12. I'd love for a change in the location, to how it's done and all. I think they thought about the game logically and ironed out idea's for it. Grand Theft Auto in London could be an interesting concept and all. However at the same time, a return to Vice City would be great as well, wouldn't mind returning to that map again.
  13. Yes, I'm from Liverpool! #Scouser4Ever
  14. Rest in Peace. It does make you appreciate the work Police Officers do, even if it's not as common as other countries, it shows you that British Police Officers still risk their lives on a daily basis so that we may live in peace. I seen on the news, that the person who was driving is going to be appearing in Court in the New Year, let's hope he gets what he deserves.

  16. Yeah, I got e-mailed last night by 000WebHost. I don't even remember registering an account, but I use so many different passwords on my accounts, even I struggle to remember my passwords. All these data-breaches are starting to get on my nerves though, it's pretty much a constant thing.
  17. It would be great if Invision gave users that option, but that would make too much sense. Saying as this has been dealt with, I'll lock this topic.

  19. Let's just say, IPS have this brilliant idea of removing things that work, and then replacing them with something completely useless.
  20. Completely wrong, if I'm correct this is standard practice in Germany when pulling over vehicles. However the way I see it is, it's a game, there are limitations to what can be done, or it would take a lot of time getting it so a car pulls over in a certain way, or at a certain place.
  21. The Developers of ReCaptcha are Google, you can use this page https://support.google.com/recaptcha/?hl=en and see if any of the things on this solve your problems. If not you'll have to find a way to contact Google about this. I checked for a contact page on their ReCAPTCHA site, but it doesn't look like they have any kind of contact area. I'll update this post if I find a way for you to contact the ReCAPTCHA team.
  22. I'm sure Cyan will check this out when he gets online, however answering your question. It's most likely not an error with the file size because logically (If IPS has logic) it would return an error saying the file size is too high.

  24. Guys, guy, guys. There is no need for logic in this case. Because this is the single-greatest car modification ever made, no doubt about that.
