They are deleted. Why? They were good and popular plugins.

They were most likely not compatible with LSPDFR 0.4 so the authors removed them to update them.

NOTE NOTHING WORKS FROM .3 TO .4.

SO IF YOU TRYING TO RUN YOUR MODS FROM .3 THEY WOULD NOT WORK ON THE NEW LSPDFR

If I recall correctly, Bejolio(Author of both) decided to leave the community and thus removed his modifications from the website. Really good modifications, a shame that he left, some of those would be useful for LSPDFR 0.4.

Did he make an official announcement about him leaving? He made some really quality plugins and it's just weird that it just went away like that

No. The author, for whatever reason, has become upset and decided to take his modifications with him. Get with the right people and you can still find Stop The Ped, Ultimate Backup, etc. 😉

Bejolio living us i think if im not mistaken he decided to continue modding but privately  so if anybody wants any of his mods you have to somehow get his discord or donate to get access  i believe that's how some modders prefer doing it but then again i could be wrong im only saying it cuz i notice a lot of modders going into that discord thing

Not nothing. Just a few essentials. And that's not the case for the 0.3 version of bejoljo's mods. It doesn't work optimally but it does work

where did you get this info? or are you just spreading rumors?

The scripts that do this are broken with 0.4 update to LSDPFR (From what I understand LSPDFR naturally tries to calm peds so these scripts interfere with its built in calming functions). I think you might be able to install Stop Shitting Bricks which used to help AI drivers from reacting to wildly to anything going on. I'm not really sure if it works with current versions of GTA though.

i have installed Shitting Bricks since 2 days and installed right now keep calm 1.0 and it works only fps is going down due to keep calm i think but works^^

Interesting. Keep Calm always hit FPS really hard even before 0.4

yep i see maybe i turn down some gfx options 

Might be able to turn down the radius of the effect to help too, though it's been ages since I used Keep Calm so I forget what's editable. You might also want to only use what lspdfr doesnt do already (I think lspdfr does just peds iirc, info on it in the wiki threads i believe) and that might help too.
