403 Forbidden everytime I download something

Featured Replies

Hello.

I can't download any file, for example this vehicle:

I write the captcha and after the waiting time this is the result:

It happens with ALL the files, I tried it on EDGE and Chrome.

Thank you for your answers!

I am having the same issue. I believe that it is their website? I am not sure it has been doing this for the past few days.

  • I got this error once last night, but now I'm able to download everything just fine.   Cyan will get back with both of you shortly.

The new CDN system is very strict on making sure the IP address of who completed the CAPTCHA matches who is downloading.

I'm assuming for some reason your IP address is different between insecure and secure requests.

I think I think a potential workaround for this and will let you know when we make it available.

Cyan mention this on another topic

'The new CDN system is very strict on making sure the IP address of who completed the CAPTCHA matches who is downloading.

They have also mention that they are working on a workaround

As a workaround for now, you can use our backup download server.

Follow these instructions:

  1. On the download starting page, click 'Click here to try another method.'

  2. On the methods page, choose 'Backup Download Server (Paris, France)' and hit, Use.

  3. Your download should begin.

@Cyan

I don't see the option to try another method and keep getting the 403 error.

What should I do?

It's no longer available, right now I'm in the same position, I can't download anything.

Please try the new 'backup CDN' option.

Please note that to protect our service, using the backup CDN option you will only be able to download one file at once, with a 1MB/s cap.

"backup CDN (for those with 403 issues)" hahaha, thank you very much, great management of the site! I don't know how to close the topic now that we have the solution.
