How to run rage plugin hook not as administrator? When i double click at rage plugin hook its same as I run it as admin...

Hey, I am new user of LSPDFR. Today I downloaded LSPDFR and installed it step by step by some YT tutorials. When i opened rage plugin hook and started playing for the 1st time everything runs good, i created character and make some arrests :). Than i decided game graphics is poor so I chenged from Notmal to High and restarted game.. Than problems started.. When LSPDFR was loading there was a black screen and than i saw this.. Hello, I made everything same as some Youtube tutorials "How to install LSPDFR" but when i run RagePluginHook (as administrator) game start loading, i see the police sirens start up screen but after 2 seconds game crash.. Please help me..
