Creating/Adding "Add-on" weapons

Featured Replies

I've been wanting to add a Less-lethal/beanbag shotgun to my game. Although i have seen a few but they replace shotguns that well.. i need to use (callouts/standard police issue).

My question is how would i go about adding weapons? such as downloading a less-lethal shotgun, renaming it and adding it to GTA V as a new weapon.  I presume it'll be similar to vehicles although i'm not sure since i've never added weapons before only replaced.

How would i go about damages (so the less-lethal doesn't kill).
