  1. Well it seems like after speaking with a few people, there doesn't seem to be a way to hook into and learned a bit how LC/LSPDFR does it (which does it differently than what I imagined).
  2. Thanks for the reply but I want to be clear I am not experiencing any different or modded chatter. I would like to know how to hook into the vanilla chatter in the police vehicle. I would like to know how the vanilla game does it, though any help from anyone knowledgeable regarding plugins like the xscanner (and I assume lspdfr is using either the vanilla chatter or something custom that does the same job). Is there a way to continue the radio chatter once the player leaves the vehicle?
  3. Greetings all, I am trying to figure out how to hook into the dispatch scanner audio (in vanilla gta v, it plays out of the scanner while in the police vehicle). I don't know a whole lot about LSPDFR (I don't use it), but I believe it uses a rage plugin etc. I've seen some mods where you can replace the tones by placing the audio files into the resident folder. I've seen the same/similar audio play out of the vehicle (on the hand mic). What I would like to know, is what script, event, item, etc triggers this audio playing. How does LSPDFR hook from it or mimic the playback?
