Not Radiance, lol. It's way too saturated and bright, imo. Try "Realistic Radiance". Search it up on the site.

I used to use Realistic Radiance for vanilla vehicles, Radiance V for ELS mod cars.

naturalvision just edit two values in visual settings I personally don't like radiance it makes the lights look cartoony and visualv just doesn't look that good, make visuals great again looks like instagram invaded gta 5

I was using Radiance V then switched to Realistic Radiance, because I felt Radiance V was too bright and then I switched back to Radiance V when I got ELS. Radiance V with ELS looks absolutely amazing and realistic compared to my real life emergency lights.

I personally don't like make visuals great again.

Visual V looks better in my opinion and has little to no performance loss.

Radiance V is a little too bright during night time.

Try realistic radiance

I'd choose VisualV (with custom light values, but the ones included with VisualV would work fine) and awesomekill's cfg without DoF.
This is how the lights look at night (which makes them a lot brighter than in the day, I can get some day screenshots if you want.)

One of the most popular mods is MVGA, but I don't think it makes you feel like your in LA, and instead it feels like you have the European-ish colours. (I also have issues with the creator but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)
