  1. Lapd Code 3's post in Error EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION was marked as the answer   
    place folder somewhere in desktop go to open iv and defrag the folder by going to edit mode on then click file click defragmentation add folder look for lasd folder in desktop click defragment and from there just add it to dlcpacks as if you were originally also dlclist.xml be sure to put lasd in there as well
