Talked to him via FB messenger, he implied he was security, only exact info he gave was claiming he'd been in "public safety" since 1998.

My question is, what kind of security company pays their employees to do the police's job (albeit more dangerously, less effectively, and with dubious legality)?

I'm being serious, if those lights look red and blue to you, you may be colour blind. If you have deuteranomaly and protanomaly, it's possible to confuse red with green and orange, and sometimes blue too. Might be worth getting a test.

He was parked on an handicaped parking slot. On top of being an impersonator idiot, he's also taking the parking spot of people who might need it more than him. Unless being mentally challenged does count as a handicap, in which case my bad.

I actually laughed out loud at this. I'm almost for certain that in the United States those spots are reserved for people that are physically handicapped only. Though a section with wider parking spots wouldn't be a bad idea for the mentally handicapped.
