Spawned an object and attached it to the actor, then played a fitting animation after.

I rarely check anything up here, since I almost exclusively use gta5-mods. I'll try to keep that in mind for next time. Working with IRL stuff is a pain in the ass though, you cannot force consistency all around the game world and it pisses me off to no end lol.

 

Edit: I forgot to mention, no siren mods at all. Just dubbed it in later.
