It is highly possible that this pack is going to be ELS. It's a no-brainer to release this pack without ELS.

the 2015 is done for the most part I believe, the pack has quite a bit left though.

Yeah I'd much rather the pack! So tired of having mismatching fleets in the game, especially since there are no decent packs available so far D: Still waiting on BJ's Redmond PD pack
