Officer107 reacted to GravelRoadCop in [WIP] LAPD/LASD/CHP FPIU (2014)Beautiful. I just want to point out that in your screenshot containing a push bar with Whelen IONs lighting package, I am not sure if it's mixed up in the department but the screenshot below shows it equipped with Federal Signal IMPAXX IPX6 series LED mounts, along with Federal Signal MicroPulse Ultra built inside the headlight corners for hide-a-way. It's a complete Federal Signal package. Just wanted to help out with accuracies.

Officer107 reacted to Albo1125 in New Rockstar statement on moddingWhat a major victory for every member of the GTA modding community that kept backing the OpenIV team. Very grateful to everybody who signed the petition, left a negative Steam review and covered this in news articles.
Most unfortunately, we've also seen people leave, call all single player modding (including scripting) illegal, say you'd get lawyers at your door if you continued to use OpenIV, say they'd switch their gameplay to FiveM to "abide by Take Two's wishes" (Take Two took down FiveM months ago and hasn't given permission to continue its development) and a load of other absurdities. Excuses and claims which are no more than a steaming pile of old baloney!
I felt obliged to do an impromptu stream to bust all these ridiculous lies and to thank those that stuck by the single player modding community and OpenIV. You should really consider throwing OpenIV a donation for their thousands of hours of work and to support them in all the stress they've been having over unwarranted legal fears - without the OpenIV developers, you'd be stuck with default vehicles, peds, visuals and textures.
Furthermore, major thanks to @t0y for creating and promoting his game-changing petition which accumulated over 80k signatures.
Keep modding!

Officer107 reacted to Schecter004 in 2016 Florida Highway Patrol PackUh, come on guys.
He's just interested.
Okay, he shouldn't ask non- pack- related questions.
But that's a little bit harsh.

Officer107 reacted to drsn0w in [WIP] Routine Police WorkAwesome ideas! Thank you!
And you gave me another idea: I should listen to LASD dispatch channels in my area to get some other ideas!

Officer107 reacted to TaylorSwift in 2016 Florida Highway Patrol Pack2006 CVPI - 95%
2014 Charger 99%
2014 Tahoe 99%
2015 Charger is not completed for ELS at this time.
2017 Slicktop Charger 95%
2015 Tahoe - 100%
2015 K-9 Tahoe -100%
2010 Charger 100%
2011 Unmarked CVPI - a whopping 0%
2016 Ghost Charger - also a whopping 0% but it'll be a quick car.
At this point, there is absolutely no way to do it like them without manual pattern changes through ELS, and we've stopped that in most troops anyways it seems, now we're just using a mix of mostly blue or mostly red dual coloring, it doesn't seem to be on a time cycle any longer. At this point, my vehicles are somewhat accurate to this in flash patterns, but they are not dual mapped.
I plan on releasing individual packs at this point rather than a huge pack so I can release what I believe is ready to be released and eliminate the wait.
To be honest, as nice as the cars may seem I am still not entirely pleased with the outcome of some of them, which is why they still haven't been released.

Remapped the Dolphin textures onto a single template to allow multi livery:
The black/dark gray parts are allso more matte now when compared to the rest of the body.

Officer107 reacted to BradM in Channel 7 News story on LSPDFRHoly crap what a joke of a report... The funny thing is I reckon most of the people who play LSPDFR are some of the more pro-police individuals who are probably more sympathetic to the troubles officers face compared to your average person. Yet here's this report demonizing us because we dare to differentiate real world violence from video game violence and shoot video game characters.

4AM in the morning and I am still sitting here... Just... Why?
Anyway, got some fitting night screens of the MLB and a cockpit screenshot of the MH-65C

Officer107 reacted to PNWParksFan in [REL] Coastal Callouts Discussion ThreadHuge thanks to @SkylineGTRFreak for all his great work on making compatible models for this mod! This mod simply wouldn't be the same without him.
I've just started working on this feature, and it's still in the "messing around with testing code" phase, not worked into the menus yet, but yes boat towing works!
