Just like any other addon vehicles, just take the model files and data file entries from RDE and place them in another dlc pack.

Where are these located for RDE?

  • Howdy, I suppose this will be a kind of a dev diary for 3.1. As NefariousBonne has said some time ago, 3.1 will mainly be a content update, introducing new car and ped models, as well as improving e

I think we all have to take into account that each update is literally game BREAKING.

Not just for us, but the people making the mods as well.

They have to revert to older versions of GTA to develop their mods, and just go blind with new updates.

Just going along trying to fix their mod to the new updates.

I can understand why people get mad. Hell, I miss RDE. LSPDFR isn't the same without it.

But, it takes them a lot more work to start over, and have to build up against the coming patches.

There is always a GTAV Online update around the corner that breaks everything.

I think we all need to remember that the RagePluginHook allows us to make a back up of our older versions of GTAV.

Take advantage of that.

It might just save you the next time they update GTAV Online.

Rockstar Games is getting always more focused on releasing online updates, instead of starting to make a whole new GTA chapter. Because all they want is money.

Let's start praying for a Economic Meltdown!!!

It depends on every single individual who plays GTA V. If the vast majority of the people keep playing GTA Online, nothing will change. And I’m sure the next DLCs by Rockstar Games would feel even more useless futuristic-like stuff, turning GTA V in a Final Fantasy game like Infinity Ward did with CoD Infinite Warfare.

Inb4 they introduce Cactus (or whatever) Cards for RDR 2.

Chrome Flying Horses shooting Missiles around the Map will be a bunch of fun!... /s

No RDR 2. We’re talking about GTA V.

Then in that case, Single Player GTA is as good as dead... :(

We don’t see an improvement to the single player mode since GTA IV.

On the other hand, hopefully Red Dead Redemption 2 looks promising.

Any news on RDE yet?

They are working on an update, but no ETA yet. We have to be patient.

Great to hear that!

I did not mean to be bugging for an update, just got a bit worried after people above made posts implying that the development of the future updates is halted...

I mentioned above that I really love RDE

I know that the RDE team is already hard at work but I would like to suggest Rockford Hills (Beverly Hills), Del Perro (Santa Monica) and Paleto Bay (Morro Bay) police departments. With LSPDFR 4.0 coming soon, it would allow these to have physical departments and jurisdictions that are already present in the GTA 5 world without conflicting with existent departments.

I think there enough jurisdictions as it is, doing that would be a lot work.

I see those places as no more than livery options that could be used with vehicles and the Livery Script (ped textures could be added but that would require someone who knows how to add texture variations in the ymts first), but I doubt they'll ever be an official part of RDE.

I vaguely remember seeing some Del Perro, Rockford Hills and Davis/West Vinewood-specific LSSD units in Yard1's gallery a while ago. They might have been for personal use and not part of a future RDE release though...

Technically, the La Mesa/Cypress Flats area could also have its own department based on the Vernon, CA police (the water tower in La Mesa is based on Vernon's)

But then again, that would leave very few areas on the map for the LSPD to spawn...
