Alright, so lately I have been thinking if someone could work on a program that would allow most everyone on the website to be able to have the capability and skills to make their own car and design it how they wish. It would start out with a few steps and you would create an account, the author of it could decide for it to be free or paid. I would suggest free, but still, this would be used for basic car models. Yes there would be an advanced portion of the program, allowing the car to go further into dept in detail and be available to used with the better authors of vehicles such as @Bxbugs123 and @F5544, and yes there are others I just don't have time because it would take forever to list them all.

Basically the concept of this is to allow beginner's trying out to have their own style of vehicle without having to go through some of the more advanced work in other programs. This would also be under www.lcpdfr.com allowing support to be more frequent and faster.

How it would work

Choose a basic car model, E.G. CVPI, Dodge Charger, Tahoe, etc.(This can also be allowed to create your own custom cars)

After you would choose the car model you would use a very compatible system allowing the user to create custom designs.

Then using either lights that you made, or lights that have already been made you can choose what you want it to look like via lights.

  Save.

  Import.

  Enjoy.

I hope this does get implemented because it would be a very cool feature because I am really looking forward to this if it does get into LSPDFR.

It already exists - it's known as "zmodeler".

My personal inbox is not the support forum. I don't mind helping  you with your issues, but you are responsible for your research.  I am not a page in a manual, Google, or the forum search function - look through all three before asking.
A link to a handy how-to guide for getting useful solutions to your problems, and useful answers to your questions. A lot of it may seem irrelevant, but it outlines some great practices to use when seeking answers or solutions.

Involving money into vehicle requests is also a terrible idea and not something we'll condone. Modding is a hobby for the GTA games here, there is no need to turn it corporate.

Invenio, Investigatio, Imperium

I must say, I agree with ineseri, money is not the goal of GTA V modding for the majority of content creators.

I also think that while it could be doable in other communities, in this community, it just wouldn't work. The major players make vehicle models which take months of hard work and effort. Others take 5 minutes, slap on a light bar, throw on a LAPD skin, and release it. As far as I can tell, it would be random who made your car/got your request and whether that person is up to the task is risky, nevermind if they make you pay for the model.

Don't get me wrong, the idea is really great, but it just isn't possible right now. It may become possible when more DEV parts are released and creating vehicles becomes more simplified, meaning models could be high quality, but also done in a short amount of time.
