Does anyone know if you can change the duty belt to one without the baton?  Also, what about service stripes on the LSPD long sleeves?

For the duty belt you would need a third-party trainer such as Menyoo (Just scroll through undercoats). Same goes for service stripes but instead you would want to scroll through the  shirt textures.

Just one question: why do LSSD and SAHP long sleeve uniforms have no shoulder radio?

You can put on the shoulder radio manually by using a trainer, it should be under Armor or Undercoats.

EUP Menu could use a few tweaks here and there, I'll pass it on to the developers.

You can select a premade outfit and then customize it via the "Wardrobe" menu present in the EUP Menu. The shoulder radio is under the "Armor" section.

When I select the SAHP (CHP) long sleeve uniform, the shoulder radio removes the tie. How can I put the shoulder radio without removing the tie?

I think the tie is also under "Undercoats", but I am not 100% sure about that.

I sa with only a black tie (maybe for LSSD). However the shoulder radio removes it.

Althought I cannot give you a definitive answer right now (As I'm not on my pc), I believe you can scroll through the texture of that tie. It should be that same model but with a different texture number, while the shoulder radio should be an armor layer.

He's mostly focusing on SUP at the moment.

I'm sure this question has been asked an answered before, but is there any information available on how to customize EUP skins for backup. For example, using the basic LSPDFR backup.xml, I would like to set a specific unit to respond using a specific vehicle (namely the LSPD motorcycle cop that EUP adds to the PoliceB vehicle). I know how to set specific peds to specific vehicles and I see that I can play around with the accessories of the specific responding Ped through customizable lines such as this one (for example: "<Ped comp_shirt="1" comp_decals="1" comp_pants="1" helmet="False">s_m_y_hwaycop_01</Ped>" ) but I was wondering if there was a streamlined location where it spells out what ped and what values to put on that line to get each EUP uniform (ie. LSPD motorcycle cop, LSSD motorcycle cop, State trooper winter uniform, etc.). Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Right when I start up my game it says that it's corrupt. Started the second I installed this so I know it wasn't caused by any of my other installations.

I am sure this has been inquired before but i do not feel like going through 36 pages of replies. I have EUP Menu and EUP Clothing Menu. Which one do i use, or can i use both together?

Not quite sure if EUP Clothing Menu is an older version or what but you should have EUPMenu.dll in your GTAV > Plugins, along with an EUP folder (in the same file path) filled with ini's. So basically, just use EUP Menu, they're probably the same thing but different versions, EUP Menu being the newer one.

For some reason my MP ped won't remove the gun from holster. He does the hip and removal animation just fine, but with both type of holsters(empty and with gun) it doesn't work. I read to add this line:
