Isn't the flashlight already added when you go on duty? I saw the flashlight from the Halloween DLC appear in the weapon wheel, in the melee section right after going on duty.

I believe HeroCop added the flashlight to the loadout in its latest update (I THINK), so if you're using that it may be why.

We had better hope not, because then it would never be released.  It's impossible to contain people's curiosity.  People will continue to ask, whether or not it's curteous to the developers and regardless of whether other users can actually answer the question.  I imagine the repeated visits are increasing the site's advertising revenue anyway, so there is an upside.

Belgium has them in unmarked cars for sure
