  • SWAT dispatch can only use FBI2 or SHERIFF2 models. Other things that seem to be hardcoded when it comes to dispatch: all Police types spawn with only two peds EXCEPT for the FBI model, only the FIRET

I've got a huge problem. The launcher doesn't seem to work any more. I installed RDE into the mods folder, but I can't load into the game. It isn't a problem with RPH. If I remove RDE, my game loads fine.

So it seems that the problem is that whenever mpexecutive or patchday10ng are enabled in dlclist.xml (found in update.rpf) with RDE, I get that error listed above. Please help me, it's been bugging me for a month now!

Do you maybe know if the SWAT_SUV section in dispatch.meta is hardcoded to only spawn fbi2 and sheriff2? I noticed this when I switched the fbi2 line for an LSPD Granger from your LSPD and LSSD skin pack I added as police7. When I got to 4 stars the SWAT suddenly refused to spawn, which is weird because police7 is identical to fbi2 except for the livery and the lightbar. Any explanation for this?

And is the FiveStarResponse script supposed to be very resource heavy? Up until 4 stars everything goes fine but once I attain 5 stars the game becomes prone to crashing.

SWAT dispatch can only use FBI2 or SHERIFF2 models. Other things that seem to be hardcoded when it comes to dispatch: all Police types spawn with only two peds EXCEPT for the FBI model, only the FIRETRUK model works for Fire dispatch.

As for the 5Star script, running the older version of it, and RDE in general will probably lead to issues until the next release.

Does RDE add a Sheriff Bison and Buffalo?  I saw somewhere that the Sheriff Bison was police5 or something like that, but I am unable to spawn it.

Also, is there a list of what all of the added vehicle names are?  Currently I can only spawn them with the simple trainer "added vehicles" edited configuration file, but the Sheriff Bison is not listed there either.

Lastly, how can I change my character's uniform/skin to one of those that RDE added?

No, Sheriff Bison is a separated vehicle now, but in RDE 3.0 it will be included. The model 'police5' in RDE is the Police Bravado Gresley. About the Buffalo for the Sheriffs i hope @Yard1 is working in a Buffalo S for Law Enforcement...

Is it possible to use the RDE vehicle models as backup vehicles for LSPDFR and other mods that have the ability to configure custom backup vehicles?  Where can I find a list of names for the RDE vehicles for the purpose of spawning them?

So i just reinstalled lcpdfr and rage fresh, no added scripts except scripthook v, scripthook.net thing and simple trainer. It worked fine. Then when i reinstalled RDE with bcso thru openiv and put in the vehicles i had subbed in previously, and now the game crashes. Iv been fiddling with this for a while, since the latest gta v update.  Obviously it has something to do with my rde install, but i have no idea what.  I would really appreciate some help figuring out how to fix this.  Rage log is attached below. Let me know if other info is needed.

Can someone please help with the file names for spawning the added RDE vehicles?  I'm editing dispatch.met and would like to add the RDE vehicles and possibly the ped models as well for LSPDFR gameplay.  I never play vanilla GTAV so unfortunately, unless I spawn the custom added vehicles through the trainer, I never get to use them.

just replace the dispatch.meta with one you want from the download and rename it, you dont have to edit it yourself. also when spawning vehicles, use the console and type "Spawn noose4" or whatever you want. its the same names as used in the main RDE vehicles file.  when you type it in the console it wont list it cuz it doesnt recognize it but they are there.

Also - Can someone plz help me with my problem above?

Thanks for the tip.  I have input the realistic dispatch.meta and FiveStarResponse_Realistic.ini as directed.  These go in the GTAV scripts folder.

However, do these files override the backup.xml file located in the GTAV/LSPDFR folder.  This is the file I edited previously.  I still do not see the new RDE vehicles spawning outside of what I edited in that file.  For instance, I added FBI to spawn when I call state patrol, which it does.  I also removed POLICEB from spawning when I request state patrol.  According to the dispatch.meta file, hwaycars should spawn on the highway.  Do I still need to add these vehicle names manually to backup.xml?  I do not see any other backup.xml files listed.  I doubt they would, since RDE is separate from LSPDFR.
