No, police in Russia dont use any Explorers, even pastgen(2011-2015). And CVPI really not actual for Russia. For Moscow and my region more actually Ford Focus and Ford Mondeo, some Hyundai,Renault, Fiat Albea, Volkswagen Passat and Bora.
And some pics of special unit, which perform only one task, escort the high ranks in my region only(not country)

Desmond I love the progress you have made, seeing it from day one to now. Props to you for dedicating yourself to this project. Just one thing I wanted to ask/note and I don't know if anybody else will agree, but the pushbar seems a little too small. From sitting it in these bad boys 10-12 hours a day, I must say that these pushbars should be viewable from the front seats, that is a driver should be able to see the tops of the push bars when sitting in the car so he/she can push vehicles out of the roadway and know how close the vehicle is to other cars. Just a minor thing I only wanted to bring up.

sorry, but but as I said, I only make LAPD,LASD,CHP version. None of them has this lightbar and its really look weird IRL
