I works in the sheriff2 slot by default, just rename the files and drop them in Patchday3 and dont place the Carvariations.meta into the game

Thats easy to fix

1- go to the vehicles meta 

2- locate sheriff2 

then you should see <handlingID>what ever Sheriff2 uses<handlingID>

just switch it to Police3

Only other place I've ever seen a lightbar like that was on the Default GTA V police cars. 

 

But as others said already, it looks like a custom made liberty for the department.

Now when turn lights is indicated its orange and white when no idcated as IRL. Thanks @sub68 for the solution

I'll do the right colors for all lights

ohhh... parking lights... As far as I know, is not used in the GTA

but, there a least one  vehicle mode with parking lights?

I can only do so:
1) they are enable when starting the engine and always lights

or 

2) enabled with the taillights, but then they will flash when you turn on the siren

I meant the sidemarkers sorry. In regards to what you're talking about the first one is the best option. Having the rear lights on during the day will look silly

 Just to make sure theres no confusion, the purple section (in that image I sent you), is always orange. When the park light is on, it's orange, when it's indicating it's orange. Only when the emergency lights are on does that section go white. 2 colour LED, orange for park and indicator, white for flashing emergency lights. At night, when the park light is on, it stays orange. Just like in the videos I sent you.

 

 

Watch in slow-motion (0.25 Speed), the lights all start off orange, then at 1.04 the driver adds the white wig wags. Otherwise that entire section remains orange.

ugh, modding isn't competition. Personally, i think you guys should make up. Pim is pretty nice person, i doubt he mean to do it on purpose

nice person would never touch\use others things while you can't see it without of any permission. I don't know maybe this is normal in Europe leave your car to the valet for parking, and then find out that the gas tank is almost empty and odomentr showing +100km. I wouldn't trust a valet to being with regardless of the establishment's reputation :P 

It seems more of a misunderstanding then him just going out and stealing desmond's model, considering that he asked for permission for the Explorer with Valor lightbar first off. If he wanted to rip the model and use it for himself he wouldn't of asked. I could be wrong of course 

I kinda agree that the donation button was a bad idea. I guess on one side you could say he did do some work of his own to the car thats worth of credit and on the other you could say it was applying stuff to the model  which isn't hard work. 

Desmond should get a donation button, his work is awesome, i would donate if i had money to do so atm :) 

I want to respond this to. I'm not gonna make this bigger than it is.I'm also not interested in a child's fight, There was a misunderstanding about what I were allowed to do and what not. Saying that I steal peoples work is ridiculous. Also the donation button, other stupid argument: that has nothing to do with this file; you can't ad it form file to file. It is there or not. Some non modders have no idea how much work it is to mod stuff. I was on point that I almost stoped. I have spend late nights, days after dayes, I came here, because I wanted to make people happy with my models. F5544 has learned me everything about this from the start, and I wanted to build a status, I have worked hard for it. I listen to people, fulfill  their wishes. That makes me happy. So it gives me a really bad feeling.
