thanks bro just changed browser apperantly explorer doesnt download it so i used chrome but now i get error ragehook stopped working as soon as i launch it

As far as I know, you don't actually need ScriptHookV to use Rage. People have been experiencing crashes though, which is being looked into at the moment.

That's kinda interesting, as just about every crash report for Ragehook (that I have seen) has been for the non-steam version, including my own. :S 

Mine works fine as well with the new Ragehook.  Just no working Police Radio and few other important mods that need updating.

BTW: At first I could not even run GTA at all after installing RH.25.  Not with Steam or the GTAV.exe, just crashed everytime.  So I manually took out (uninstalled) all the RH and LCPDFR files (kept plugin folder) then started vanilla GTA to make sure it still worked and it did.  

Then I reinstalled RH.25 by itself and tried running the game, and it ran fine with the ragehook.exe (and all plugins from the plugin folder loaded as well).

Finally I installed the LSPDFR files, just the LSPDFR files - not the ragehook files included with LSPDFR).  Game runs fine now and so does LSPDFR.

I think maybe the new Ragehook doesn't properly overwrite some files for some reason.  So a manual uninstall and a step-by-step install might help in some cases.

Well, at least the RPH devs are now looking into it. We'll just have to wait a bit longer. :)

I updated RH and SH and it works fine.
